Just a true example that all good things must come to an end. They were so good in the beginning now it just feels like everytime there's less effort in service & preparation of their food & the FRIES? They changed them so now they've officially lost me for good!
Pretty cool spot, good vibes. The beef was great tasting & high quality. Super fresh. They had really soft pretzel style brioche bun, perfect balance of ingredients. One thing it lacks was a hit of acidity from pickles or onion or something. Fries were skinny & crispy, loved them! The burgers hit the spot, & they held together really well, so it's great for a quick bite on a date in the city. I'd definitely recommend this place, & I'll certainly be back!

Good portioned food, incredibly kind & considerate staff. There's a lovely patio in the summer. It's incredibly pet friendly! They even offer an unseasoned Dog Patty for your furry companion. Nice good quality cardboard cups. Very juicy food & they have a handwashing station readily available to customers before the restroom. They really spared no expense on the customer experience! Their image & reputation is iconic, from the no-mess baggie they serve their burgers in to the murals & decoration on the wall, One can tell they put effort into every aspect of the experience.
Okay wow, best burger I've had in years !!! I had a burger & fries delivered & the presentation & freshness is on point . You can tell the quality & freshness in the food . Definitely will order again & stop by when I'm downtown .
We'd heard the hype & wanted to see for ourselves. While burger prices have gone up everywhere, $49 for two burgers, fries, & two drinks felt fair especially when the food came out in under 10 minutes. & to be honest? The burger was phenomenal. Both my wife & I agreed it lived up to the praise. Fries were decent, nothing special.
During our visit, I noticed something concerning about food-handling hygiene that left me feeling uneasy at the time. I mentioned it here in my review, & I want to give credit where it's due the business reached out to me directly by DM soon after. They assured me the issue has been addressed & provided details on the steps they've taken to ensure it doesn't happen again.
It's clear they take feedback seriously, & I really appreciate the quick response. While this experience did dampen our visit that day, I'm glad to know they're committed to keeping things safe & clean for their customers.
Self serve kiosk style. Prices were intimidating & left. But then came back & enjoyed one of the best burgers of my life. So juicy is was crazy! Pretzel buns are a perfect accompaniment to those burgers. Fries were bang on too. Atmosphere was a little...drab. But we were there for Burgers. Wish they would open in Ottawa!
Tastiest patty in Montreal. Patty is very perfectly fat but not as slappy as it should. Fries are perfect. Buns are like a brioche, not sweet! Which is perfect.
The service was really fast. The flavor is really good, & the buns are pretty different from most burguer places. I also really reccomend the skinny fries.
Love the chill cool vibes. Pretty good service, v nice staff. The burgers are good (tried the veggie & slay, love having something different & creative), & my dad always gets a different one & he says they always'slap'. LOVE THE FRIES

Patty slaps is my FAV top tier smash burger paradise. I always get thr same thing! Mushroom burger with their scrumptious fries & island sauce. Inside the vibes are very dope & I love that staff check in on you during/post meal. It's always fresh, quick & decent priced!
The wedge burger patty is a portobello mushroom stuffed with cheese, breaded & fried. I added fried onion & mushrooms to it. It was soo good. The fries with mushroom & onion is also amazing
Ordered mushroom burger (wedgie burger),plain fries & mushroom loaded fries. Everything was delicious specially mushroom loaded fries.
I felt it was bit on the expensive side but definitely worth the try.
