We'd heard the hype & wanted to see for ourselves. While burger prices have gone up everywhere, $49 for two burgers, fries, & two drinks felt fair especially when the food came out in under 10 minutes. & to be honest? The burger was phenomenal. Both my wife & I agreed it lived up to the praise. Fries were decent, nothing special.
During our visit, I noticed something concerning about food-handling hygiene that left me feeling uneasy at the time. I mentioned it here in my review, & I want to give credit where it's due the business reached out to me directly by DM soon after. They assured me the issue has been addressed & provided details on the steps they've taken to ensure it doesn't happen again.
It's clear they take feedback seriously, & I really appreciate the quick response. While this experience did dampen our visit that day, I'm glad to know they're committed to keeping things safe & clean for their customers.View more

Self serve kiosk style. Prices were intimidating & left. But then came back & enjoyed one of the best burgers of my life. So juicy is was crazy! Pretzel buns are a perfect accompaniment to those burgers. Fries were bang on too. Atmosphere was a little...drab. But we were there for Burgers. Wish they would open in Ottawa!View more
