Very disappointed tonight after we ordered 2 panini of the month, at $17.95 each, we had 2 slices of steak, 6 arugula leafs in each sandwich. The last time I went, I had the steak/capocollo panini (again $17.95) which had one slice of each & I thought it was an off day but I guess it's the norm. I have been going to this location since then opening & I find the quality has gone down & it's very disappointing.
However, the service is always good, the restaurant has a good vibe & a beautiful terrace.
Unfortunately, they are lacking consistency! The 1st month they were openly all the sandwiches were prepared to perfection. The last 2 times was a very big let down. Chewy steak with only 1 thin slice. Chicken club had almost no chicken & very small bite seize pieces that were falling out from the bread. & how could they mess up frozen fries? Hope they get it together, I'll give them another shot but after that I'm done wasting my money on bread & condiments.
Bon service, ambiance cool.
I loved my experience here however it does get quite crowder & loud if you're planning to study. It doesn't bother me at all & i enjoy the environment. I would definitely go back. The coffee was delicious & so was the cheesecake & caesar salad chicken cutlet sandwich. The food was fresh & felt homemade.
The place is very refreshing, great sandwiches & coffee. The canoli filling may need more cream, to lessen the dryness feeling.
The prepayment thing is annoying, servers don't get tipped as much & adding to your order is a chore, preventing reordering when you see a line up at the cashier.
Everyone is really pleasant.
They do take credit card payments (unlike Molano's).
The Starbucks style table renters that show up with their portable offices & rent a table all day long for the price of one small coffee, may need to go, when the place gets busier & tables need to get turned over( it's also annoying seeing them taking over all the tables on the out perimeter of the restaurant ). Main reason why we stopped going to Starbucks , all tables & parking spots were taken by homeless/ officeless workers doing business with their Apple laptops, Apple cell phones & Apple Bluetooth ear buds. However they did all match. So there is that.
I like Parma Café's ambience & everyone is really nice! However, my roast beef au jus 18$ panini was quite average… the meat was very dry & bland. More like philly steak than roast beef au jus in my opinion… pretty cheap on the filling too I think… I don't think I'll spend that much money on a sandwich that tastes about as good as a walmart sub again… I ate it but feel really bad for my wallet right now :( sad because it really is a cute place!

Great place to have a coffee with a friend,
We went around 6:30pm it was a quite a busy,
But the service was quick
I had a light cold latte it was good
Also got the fire chicken it was spicy so if you love spicy it should be in your list
& my friend took a steak capoccolo épicé sandwich
It was also good but she preferred to have a more mayo inside to make it juicier
The all employees were super friendly
I would definitely go back
J ai trouvé mon café moyen & ça goûtait l eau un peu. Content de la place. Sandwich appétissants & pâtisseries soignées. Beaucoup de personnel attentionné.
I visited Parma Cafe on a Saturday during peak lunch hours.
The service was fast & efficient, with the server being attentive enough to confirm my full order when I thought something might be missing. The table number system worked well.
While most prices are reasonable, some items may be slightly overpriced. However, the quality of the food made it feel worth it.
The cookies were outstanding, & the bread used for sandwiches was fantastic. Drinks were easy to enjoy. However, the fries were over-seasoned & under-salted, & the dipping sauce could be improved. Despite this, we still enjoyed our meal.
Parking is plentiful at Centropolis & free. The restaurant is easy to find with google maps.
I came here on a Sunday for takeout so cannot speak too much about the atmosphere as I did not eat there. But I could see that it was very busy & full of people.
The menu is a good size with lots of options. I got the prosciutto sandwich & the og breaded chicken as well as a Nutella cookie & banana muffin cookie. The sandwiches were great but the desserts were a bit dry. The cookie is not as sweet as it looks, so if you like something very sugary, I would try something else.
I would definitely come back here if at least for their sandwiches.
Parma Café has a great ambiance with plenty of seating, even on short notice, which makes it a reliable spot whether you're meeting friends or just dropping in. The atmosphere is relaxed & inviting-perfect for studying or casually hanging out. The sandwiches here are amazing, & I highly recommend the **Gigi chicken**-it's packed with flavor & definitely a must-try. Desserts are also solid, especially the pistachio-based ones, though they were a bit too sweet for my taste. Overall, a great café with excellent food & a welcoming vibe. Definitely worth a visit!
Went to Parma Cafe for a lunch date with my dad. I had the steak sandwich au jus & he had the sausage sandwich. Both were excellent. Not sure if they make their bread or purchase it from somewhere but whatever the case may be please don't ever change it. Fries with truffle mayo were also delicious. Coffee was very good as well. Price for quality & portions were on point. Staff were friendly. Highly recommend
Loved this place! Excellent service from Michelangelo. He gave great suggestions & looked like he was happy to be there. We came on a Tuesday at 3:00 & it was perfect. I had tried to come at lunch one day & it was packed. The bread for the paninis is perfect. Nice flavour & crunch, not too much doughy filling, big enough to encompass the layers, & it stays in tact until the last bite. The mortadella sandwich is delightful. We would prefer maybe another cheese, but over all great. The spicy steak sandwich, recommended by Mick, is amazing. Full of flavour & great ingredients. Spicy but manageable. The French fries are great. The sandwiches are about 18$. Not cheap, but worth it. We didn't have dessert this time but they look amazing. As a tea drinker I was happy to see & assortment of really good teas. Looking forward to coming back & trying everything.
