Parma Café in Laval's Centropolis emerges in reviews as a bright, welcoming Italian cafe with a spacious layout, a strong coffee program and a menu that reliably delivers fresh paninis, salads and desserts; patrons praise fast friendly service, attentive staff, and a vibe that makes it a good spot to study, meet friends, or enjoy a quick bite, with particular note of cannoli and pistachio flavors as highlights. The majority of feedback points to excellent coffee and sandwiches, generous portions, and a cozy, modern interior, though some experiences mention it getting very loud and crowded at peak times, occasional inconsistency in panini fillings or price, and frustrations with seating for long study sessions or issues with ordering and payment apps. Overall Parma Café is described as a go-to spot in Laval with a reliable menu, welcoming atmosphere, and strong service, worth returning to for both coffee and meals.
I recently visited Parma Cafe for brunch.
On the up side, vibe was good. Cafe is modern, spacious & clean. Just not sure why they put TVs in there, kinda kills the cozy cafe vibe, oh well.
Food was ok! Breakfast panini was good but nothing crazy, however coffee was delicious & well done! Their cookie (which looked amazing in display) were rock hard, disappointing.
Unfortunately, the place fell short of my expectations for service. Although it was quick & efficient, the cashier was rude, never smiled & it felt like she didn't want to work there. The whole staff was just disinterested & no one seemed happy to be there, weird!
Overall mixed experience but will try again!

Loved this place! Excellent service from Michelangelo. He gave great suggestions & looked like he was happy to be there. We came on a Tuesday at 3:00 & it was perfect. I had tried to come at lunch one day & it was packed. The bread for the paninis is perfect. Nice flavour & crunch, not too much doughy filling, big enough to encompass the layers, & it stays in tact until the last bite. The mortadella sandwich is delightful. We would prefer maybe another cheese, but over all great. The spicy steak sandwich, recommended by Mick, is amazing. Full of flavour & great ingredients. Spicy but manageable. The French fries are great. The sandwiches are about 18$. Not cheap, but worth it. We didn't have dessert this time but they look amazing. As a tea drinker I was happy to see & assortment of really good teas. Looking forward to coming back & trying everything.
Such a cute café. I tried their panini, fries & canolli, everything was great. Will definitely come back, although it is very crowded so it's difficult to find seating.
First Timer. Plenty of parking around. Welcoming & friendly staffs. Place was clean & cosy. Menu was straightforward with quite a lot of Panini options. Food came like 5min after ordering which was nice. I personally had the La Gigi which was good, compared the Turkey one, which I tasted too. Also, fries portion is real big Good overall experience #recommended
Really enjoyed my experience. I've been planning on going for a while & was so happy they opened a location on Laval The decor was so beautiful & cozy, perfect spot for dates, coffee, studying, or catching up with a friend. The service was quick, & the staff were great They came to check on us multiple time's to make sure everything was good & to our satisfaction We ordered the chicken ceasar panini & fire chicken sandwich ( which was actually spicy & good ) the bread .Wow, it was great We also had arancini, crispy & cheesy The fries were a big portion so perfect for sharing, & it came with truffle mayonnaise. Tell them in advance if you prefer regular or spicy mayonnaise The owner / manager was kind enough & offered us some lattes & dessert It was a very kind gesture & made us feel appreciated as first-time customers Don't miss out, guys. I would definitely go back!
