At Parma Café, the spirit of Italy meets the vibrancy of a fast-casual restaurant. Enjoy an authentic espresso prepared to perfection, as if you were in Naples. The menu, featuring carefully prepared paninis and salads, will also take your taste buds on a culinary journey. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a leisurely coffee, Parma Café promises a warm and welcoming atmosphere, just like home.
Parma Café in Laval's Centropolis emerges in reviews as a bright, welcoming Italian cafe with a spacious layout, a strong coffee program and a menu that reliably delivers fresh paninis, salads and desserts; patrons praise fast friendly service, attentive staff, and a vibe that makes it a good spot to study, meet friends, or enjoy a quick bite, with particular note of cannoli and pistachio flavors as highlights. The majority of feedback points to excellent coffee and sandwiches, generous portions, and a cozy, modern interior, though some experiences mention it getting very loud and crowded at peak times, occasional inconsistency in panini fillings or price, and frustrations with seating for long study sessions or issues with ordering and payment apps. Overall Parma Café is described as a go-to spot in Laval with a reliable menu, welcoming atmosphere, and strong service, worth returning to for both coffee and meals.
Bon service, ambiance cool.
My friends & I discovered Parma Café a few months ago, & since then, it has become our go-to spot. We're there at least twice a week!
The food is absolutely delicious, & the staff are incredibly kind, friendly, & respectful. We always receive perfect service from both the team & the owner himself. What truly stands out is that no one comes to bother you every few minutes like in other places ,you're free to relax & enjoy your time without being rushed.
Yesterday, we had a voucher from their app for a free panini (limited to certain types), & even though they had none of the promo ones left, the owner kindly offered us another kind for free. We had told him it wasn't necessary & were just curious about the offer, but he insisted , it was such a generous & thoughtful gesture. It's rare to find that kind of care & attention these days.
I like Parma Café's ambience & everyone is really nice! However, my roast beef au jus 18$ panini was quite average… the meat was very dry & bland. More like philly steak than roast beef au jus in my opinion… pretty cheap on the filling too I think… I don't think I'll spend that much money on a sandwich that tastes about as good as a walmart sub again… I ate it but feel really bad for my wallet right now :( sad because it really is a cute place!
J ai trouvé mon café moyen & ça goûtait l eau un peu. Content de la place. Sandwich appétissants & pâtisseries soignées. Beaucoup de personnel attentionné.

I visited Parma Cafe on a Saturday during peak lunch hours.
The service was fast & efficient, with the server being attentive enough to confirm my full order when I thought something might be missing. The table number system worked well.
While most prices are reasonable, some items may be slightly overpriced. However, the quality of the food made it feel worth it.
The cookies were outstanding, & the bread used for sandwiches was fantastic. Drinks were easy to enjoy. However, the fries were over-seasoned & under-salted, & the dipping sauce could be improved. Despite this, we still enjoyed our meal.
Fantastic spot, whether a coffee date, catching up with friends, or looking for a cozy place to get some work done. The ambiance is warm & stylish, with a modern yet inviting decor that makes you want to stay a while.
The coffee is rich & well prepared, & they offer a great selection of fresh pastries & light bites. The service is fast & friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Plus, the seating is comfortable, & the atmosphere is just the right balance of lively & relaxing, perfect for conversations or focused work. A versatile café that's definitely worth a visit!
I recently visited Parma Cafe for brunch.
On the up side, vibe was good. Cafe is modern, spacious & clean. Just not sure why they put TVs in there, kinda kills the cozy cafe vibe, oh well.
Food was ok! Breakfast panini was good but nothing crazy, however coffee was delicious & well done! Their cookie (which looked amazing in display) were rock hard, disappointing.
Unfortunately, the place fell short of my expectations for service. Although it was quick & efficient, the cashier was rude, never smiled & it felt like she didn't want to work there. The whole staff was just disinterested & no one seemed happy to be there, weird!
Parma Café has a great ambiance with plenty of seating, even on short notice, which makes it a reliable spot whether you're meeting friends or just dropping in. The atmosphere is relaxed & inviting-perfect for studying or casually hanging out. The sandwiches here are amazing, & I highly recommend the **Gigi chicken**-it's packed with flavor & definitely a must-try. Desserts are also solid, especially the pistachio-based ones, though they were a bit too sweet for my taste. Overall, a great café with excellent food & a welcoming vibe. Definitely worth a visit!

Went to Parma Cafe for a lunch date with my dad. I had the steak sandwich au jus & he had the sausage sandwich. Both were excellent. Not sure if they make their bread or purchase it from somewhere but whatever the case may be please don't ever change it. Fries with truffle mayo were also delicious. Coffee was very good as well. Price for quality & portions were on point. Staff were friendly. Highly recommend
Beau décor, mais plus un students' hangout qu'un café. Très achalandé & bruyant. On dirait qu'il n'y a pas assez de staff pour nettoyer les tables entre les clients.
Such a cute café. I tried their panini, fries & canolli, everything was great. Will definitely come back, although it is very crowded so it's difficult to find seating.
I ordered coffee( expresso), which was not good, too far from an Italian expresso. I told the lady that the coffee tasted so bad. She just said, "Yeah, it is our machine." You can do a good service, clean, food not bad but don't forget your name. Parma Cafe. Do a good coffee if you want your customers to be happy.
