La serveuse ne semblait pas bien connaître les produits. Lorsque nous avons demandé la saveur des arancinis elle nous a dit champignons ou risotto quand nous lui avons demandé si elle était certaine qu'il n'y avait pas de risotto dans la saveur champignons elle nous a dit oui

L'attente pour le service a été un peu longue car nous étions nombreux. Il y a eu plusieurs erreurs de facturation mais elles ont été corrigées. Compte tenu des circonstances, nous sommes satisfaits de notre visite à votre restaurant de Trois-Rivières.

L'attention que vous portez aux petites détails fait la différence. La demoiselle est venu vérifier si le délai, que nous avions demandé, entre le 2e & le 3e service nous convenait. Faire déguster le vin c'est génial car cela nous a évité un mauvais choix, celui but était extra.

Il faudrait nettoyer les chaises entre les différentes tablées. Souvent, les chaises sont sales quand on s'y assoit au début du repas. Merci!
