Very disappointed. The wonton soup was tasteless & only had two mini wontons. The main dish ordered were the singapour noodles, another major disappointment. First of all, extremely salty, very few tiny shrimps & couldn't find the chicken.
Not likely to return.

La nourriture & le service fut bons. Nous avions reservés une table pour 18hr pour 7 personnes; la table n'etait pas prète, nous avons dû patienter dans l'entrée & lorsque noys avons été appelé pour notre table; nous avons eu une table pour 6 personnes. Heureusement que nous avions des enfants donc nous avons pu nous accommoder.
Le restaurant est quand même venu s'assurer que nous etions quand même confortable.
Dans l'ensemble c'etait bien.
We dined at P.F. Chang's tonight with a group of 12, including kids, & Michael was absolutely exceptional. Despite our many requests & picky eaters, he remained attentive, patient, & genuinely engaged throughout the entire evening. His service was seamless, professional, & warm - he truly elevated our experience. Simply outstanding.
Pour nous, c'était le 3ième souper annuel de notre famille dans ce restaurant asiatique de Laval. Comme de coutume nous avons été très bien servi par Dany & la cuisine avait un goût sans reproche. Cependant, de mémoire je crois que les portions ont diminuées pour les plats de boeuf & de poulet. J'imagine que c'est comme ça partout ailleurs.

I'm a regular customer here, & I always eat the same food. Every time I go, the service is either good or bad. I don't understand why you have such an uncontrolled service.
The staff member who came to take my order was incredibly indifferent. It was as if they no longer wanted to work.
I wasn't expecting such low service quality.
Today I ordered my usual meal. I waited 20 minutes, & the wrong food arrived. Then we waited another 15 minutes for them to correct the mistake. Of the four people at the table, only two received their food; the other two had to wait. I ordered a children's menu for my son, which included a drink & ice cream with his meal. He was given his meal, but we only realized the drink hadn't arrived after 20 minutes. We had to ask for it, & then they brought it. We asked for the bill, & we had to remind them about the ice cream as well. I think this is unacceptable.
There wasn't a single constructive word. We didn't come there as a family to keep track of your mistakes. We wanted to spend some quality time chatting with our family. But if you can't provide that as a restaurant, I have nothing more to say.
Yes, this happens in some restaurants due to the high volume of customers. That's true, but the staff doesn't normalize it. They give us the attention we deserve & send us off happy at the end.

The food at P.F. Chang's Laval is really good always fresh & tasty, & the waitstaff is friendly & attentive. I've come here 5 times, & every visit has been consistent in that sense.
The only downside? The service is suuuuper slow. Even just getting your drinks can take a while, & if you're really hungry, be prepared to wait at least 20-30 minutes for your food.
So, if you're not in a rush, this place is great. But if you're starving & need something quick, maybe keep that in mind.
I am writing to formally share a disappointing experience I had at your restaurant yesterday. As a regular customer who has visited many times before, I was surprised by the level of service we received during this visit. After placing our order, we waited over 30 minutes for our food to be served, which felt unusually long without any clear explanation for the delay. When we attempted to ask the server about the status of our order, the response we received was delivered with a noticeably negative attitude, which made the interaction uncomfortable.
When the food finally arrived, we also noticed that part of the meal was slightly undercooked. This was particularly frustrating after already waiting such a long time. As loyal customers who normally enjoy the atmosphere & food at your restaurant, this experience did not reflect the level of service we have come to expect.
