Came here for early dinner last Monday with hubby & the food can hardly be considered authentic. It was terrible!
We ordered the soup, one wonton & hot & sour soup. My soup had no taste & only had two chicken dumplings! It had a few pieces of chicken & a couple of tiny overcooked shrimps. The broth tasted like msg was added with a few drops of soy sauce for colour. A cup size portion at $7.00 each. We also had the appetizer dumplings with peanut sauce & chilisauce, for 4 tiny dumplings you pay $13.00, for this price point it was not a value for the tiny portion. Even the sauce plates were bigger. Our main was the almond/cashew chicken served with white rice at $32.00.
To our disappointment, the rice was hard & dry, no moisture & I couldn't eat it. Hubby suggested that I drench it with the sauce in the stir fry but there wasn't much of that.
When the waiter came by I told him the rice was hard. You would think he would offer a fresh one to replace it but all he did was say:
Yeah, it's undercooked & apologized. He did say he would tell the kitchen what I said. Too late! You've ruined our meal.
Don't think we will come back & I don't recommend this location. We've been to the locations in Orlando & they are amazing & food is great! This Laval location is below the standards of what authentic tastes like. I would even say Panda Express tastes better & serves well cooked rice. That's saying a lot!!
This location must not know how to properly cook rice. Maybe get a rice cooker & know not to serve undercooked rice! If your server knew this then why did he serve it to a customer??? This speaks volumes if your staff admits to it. Very sad & telling.
Toujours très bon comme d'habitude mais cette fois j'ai pris un padthai & le tofu était fumé , nous sommes 2 à l'avoir pris & nous n'avons pas aimé du tout , on aurait dit qu'il y avait du bacon dedans

Cette fois-ci, j'ai fait découvrir à mon amie mon restaurant préféré. Elle a été enchantée par les délicieux plats que je lui ai suggérés ainsi que par le service impeccable que nous avons reçu de la part de Camille, qui s'est occupée de notre table, & par l'accueil que nous a réservé Tanya, qui nous a informées des consignes laissées par le gérant Marhieu.
Si votre objectif est d'offrir un service exceptionnel à vos clients, vous l'avez pleinement atteint. Je suis fidèle à ce restaurant depuis environ 10 ans.

Comme toujours, les plats étaient délicieux & le service que mes enfants & moi avons reçu était impeccable. C'est pour cette raison que j'aime célébrer mon anniversaire chez vous. Je suis aussi très reconnaissante pour les petites attentions que vous avez envers moi, je les apprécie énormément. À chaque visite, il y a toujours une belle surprise de votre part. & que le gérant soit venu à ma table simplement pour me saluer & me souhaiter la bienvenue… wow ! 🥠🍤🥢🎂

Si je pouvais donner plus d'étoiles, je le ferais. Une fois de plus, j'ai été agréablement surprise par le service. Le souper était délicieux comme d'habitude & j'ai vraiment apprécié l'attention spéciale à la fin du souper. Merci M. Félix & à toute l'équipe!!! 👌🏼🥰

Monsieur Félix, je tiens à vous remercier pour la superbe soirée que j'ai passée au resto pour célébrer mon anniversaire.
La table était parfaitement dressée & l'attention de Nathalie était exceptionnelle. Je suis très reconnaissante pour les plats offerts par la maison, tout était délicieux comme d'habitude.
Un gros merci pour le service impeccable, c'est pour ça que c'est mon resto préféré. 🥠🍚🍤🥢🎂

The food & service here were absolutely amazing! I highly recommend the Mongolian Beef, which was packed with flavor & cooked perfectly. Our server was incredibly friendly, attentive, & helpful throughout the meal. The standout highlight of the visit, however, was the Japanese Old Fashioned. It was served table-side in a smoke-filled glass, making for an exceptional presentation & an even better drink.

Je recommande vraiment ce restaurant
Nous sommes arrivés au début de l'heure du dîner & le restaurant était presque vide. L'accueil a été très chaleureux, mais malheureusement, le service par la suite a laissé à désirer. Nous n'avons pas eu de menus sur la table pendant près de 45 minutes, certaines demandes ont été oubliées, & les verres d'eau étaient sales. C'était surprenant considérant que nous étions pratiquement les seuls clients dans le restaurant. Même la table à côté de nous a été servie avant nous alors qu'elle est arrivée après.
Les assiettes sont correctes, sans être exceptionnelles. Les portions sont généreuses, ce qui est un point positif. Donc, si vous avez faim (mais pas trop pressé, puisqu'il faut prévoir entre 30 & 45 minutes d'attente), cela peut être une option. Cependant, pour ma part, je ne le recommande pas.

LE SERVICE là bas est EXCEPTIONNEL. De la femme à l'accueil qui a fait sentir à ma fille que sa journée était spéciale jusqu'à la serveuse qui a bien bien soin de nous & elle. 100% recommandé.
