Nous sommes arrivés au début de l'heure du dîner & le restaurant était presque vide. L'accueil a été très chaleureux, mais malheureusement, le service par la suite a laissé à désirer. Nous n'avons pas eu de menus sur la table pendant près de 45 minutes, certaines demandes ont été oubliées, & les verres d'eau étaient sales. C'était surprenant considérant que nous étions pratiquement les seuls clients dans le restaurant. Même la table à côté de nous a été servie avant nous alors qu'elle est arrivée après.

Les assiettes sont correctes, sans être exceptionnelles. Les portions sont généreuses, ce qui est un point positif. Donc, si vous avez faim (mais pas trop pressé, puisqu'il faut prévoir entre 30 & 45 minutes d'attente), cela peut être une option. Cependant, pour ma part, je ne le recommande pas.

LE SERVICE là bas est EXCEPTIONNEL. De la femme à l'accueil qui a fait sentir à ma fille que sa journée était spéciale jusqu'à la serveuse qui a bien bien soin de nous & elle. 100% recommandé.

It's not my first time at P.F. Chang's & the consistency at this restaurant is incredible. It brings a piece of mind that you'll have a great service & tasty food.

Talking about service, I was served by Magaly couple of times already. What an incredible young lady ! Very sweet, always smiling & happy to help. Order is always correct, & asks us if everything is good or if we need anything. Thank you so much Magaly you're really wonderful & P. F. Chang's is lucky to have you !

I highly recommend this restaurant !

J'ai vraiment été surpris par ce restaurant. La bouffe était excellente, surtout pour le rapport qualité/prix, & le service était impeccable. Un gros merci à Ève à l'accueil ainsi qu'à Michael H. comme serveur. Ses recommandations du menu étaient excellentes. Je recommande sans hésiter !

It is our third time going to PF Chang's & the restaurant never fails to disappoints us. We came for dinner for my Birthday & the food & service were both exceptional. Our waitress, Judith was very friendly & professional. As well as Jacob always made sure we were well taken care of. I would highly recommend!

Très bonne expérience chez PF Chang's Laval ! J'ai pris le Pad Thaï & le poulet croustillant au miel les deux étaient vraiment bons. Le Pad Thaï bien équilibré, & le poulet croustillant au miel, c'est le genre de plat où tu te demandes pourquoi t'as pas pris une portion de plus.

Un gros merci à Tanya & Anthony pour le service attentionnés, souriants & efficaces. On s'est sentis bien pris en charge du début à la fin, sans que ce soit envahissant.

Je recommande, on va certainement revenir !

Vibe is great but the food is just okay. There tends to be an issue with salt levels of their food. The beef broccoli was the best dish we had (slightly over salted), the wonton soup was too salty & the noodle dish didn't taste like much. The crispy honey chicken wasn't very crispy.

I highly recommend the peanut butter panfried dumplings??

The staff were EXCELLENT & so is the atmosphere.
