I absolutely loved the black ink paella-it was rich, flavorful, & perfect for sharing! The drinks were also fantastic, & the staff couldn't have been more welcoming. They were super friendly & really knew their stuff when it came to the menu. I had such a great experience & will definitely be coming back again!
I had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic Spanish restaurant & was blown away by both the food & the service. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, & the chef himself came by to greet us, which added a personal & authentic touch to the evening.
The paella was outstanding-perfectly cooked with rich, layered flavors. The patatas bravas were crispy on the outside, soft inside, & paired beautifully with a spicy aioli. The fried calamari were golden, tender, & not at all greasy-just the way they should be.
Every dish felt like a celebration of Spanish cuisine, & the attentive service made the experience even better. I'll definitely be coming back!
Great paella by the river! Our waitress was very nice & the chef was nice enough to come to our table & talk about the food. Also really enjoyed the ice cream dessert & the crema catalana cheesecake. Looking forward to coming back for the black paella!
We lucked into Olé Tapas in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue for a Sunday lunch, & what an amazing find! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by Owner Chef Nikolaos, & Elizabeth, our waitress, provided fantastic service-friendly, attentive, & genuine. It's clear Nikolaos fosters a great vibe with his staff. The food was incredible. We shared the Paella de Marisco, which was as authentic as it gets. Generous portions, first-rate ingredients, perfectly cooked bomba rice, & none of that overcooked seafood you might find elsewhere. Just excellent. The Calamares a la Andaluza were perfectly fried, light, & not greasy-so much better than what you usually get in the area. & don't miss the croquette platter-a delicious mix that we'd highly recommend. To top it all off, Nikolaos treated us to some gluten-free desserts: a carrot cake-style treat & a chocolate-dark berry creation. Both were absolutely delicious & didn't feel like "gluten-free" compromises at all. Everything was devoured. Olé Tapas stands out in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, & we'll absolutely be back. If you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out on a real gem. Highly recommend checking out their website to get inspired & then heading over for an unforgettable meal!
We had supper here on a Friday night. The food was delicious. The grilled shrimps we spot on cooked, firm & juicy. The calimari was melt in your mouth tender, the octopus super tender (the say it is cooked sous vide ). We followed that with a seafood paella, another deliciously executed dish. The desserts were two mini cakes, one chocolate & raspberry, the other a vanilla cheescake. The wait staff & chef were friendly & efficient. A nice touch was they warmed my tea cup. We will be back for more!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Spanish cuisine! The paella was flavorful & packed with fresh seafood, while the fried calamari was light & crispy, & the shrimp cooked to perfection. Chef Nicolas was not only skilled but also friendly & welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The staff was attentive, & the atmosphere was warm & inviting. A fantastic dining experience all around-highly recommend!
Being a client of OLE TAPAS for the first time, it was an amazing experience. You will find the best Spanish food restaurant in the city of Montreal, more specifically at Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue. Ole Tapas has a variety of food. Every dish is more delicious than the other. Foods like; patatas bravas, gambas al ajillo, & croquetas & the top most in all is the paella. I recommend the food of "OLE TAPAS" to all the people across Quebec & other provinces to taste it once. I will say, "Once you will eat, then you will come again & again".

Comida deliciosas, paellas sabrosas, captura totalmente la esencia espanola, nunca había probado una sangria tan rica en Montreal, muy agradecido con el chef Nikolas por su atención y servicio.
El restaurante ofrece excelente servicio, el sabor de la comida es inigualable, sin duda una parte de Espana está ubicada en Santa Anne de Bellueve, Montreal, la mejor opción en tapas y comida espanola, la paella de mariscos es la especialidad de la casa acompanada de una deliciosa sangría, no dejando atrás la hermosa vista desde la terraza, sin duda es la mejor opción para pasar una velada sensacional.
Ole Tapas is one of the best Spanish restaurants we've discovered in Montreal. This hidden gem offers authentic cuisine & warm hospitality, with a stunning waterfront view. We enjoyed a variety of flavorful tapas, including crispy patatas bravas, Pintxos De Pollo, & Champinones Al Ajillo, but the standout was the saffron-rich paella, packed with fresh shrimp, mussels, & calamari. The attentive service catered to our dietary needs, including halal meat options. The chef personally visited our table, sharing his passion for the food & generously gifting us homemade tortas to take home. Ole Tapas is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Spanish flavors.

Very enjoyable evening. Food was very good especially the seafood paella. Fair prices. Passionate staff including the owner who greets you at the door & sees you out while checking for satisfaction. Will definitely return again.
This place was wonderful ! We had Paella which was delicious ! The fried calamari was also delicious. Everyone in our party of 12 was very happy with their choices of tapas. The server was very friendly & courteous & oh by the way the sangria was excellent ! It was our first time eating there & won't be our last !
Honestly, a newly found gem! Vibrant little place with great seating in or out but out is a MUST! (By the water & perfect view of the boats/dock) The food, was a pleasant change in flavours that just keeps you wanting more. Delicious! We had the sardines & chicken&potato dish as appetizers & of course their signature dish, seafood Paella, wow! Great variety of wine & beer to pair & we had the Estrella beer on tap! Service, was mostly younger in age but not to be fooled, very professional & on the ball & knowledgeable, which isn't surprising after meeting the owner on our wait out. Proud owner & full of passion. Making sure he followed up on our experience & when he heard it was ours first time he handed us a specially box of cookies to pair with ice-cream for dessert. What more do you want...? Bravo & thank you!
