Venant également de la région Lorientaise comme Cyril, je m'attendais déjà à une réussite pour les crêpes & pourtant j'ai quand même été surpris tellement elles sont incroyables.
En plus de ça, le propriétaire est attentionné & passionné par ce qu'il fait, c'est un vrai plaisir de discuter avec lui.
Pensez à commander à l'avance afin de garantir la fraîcheur des crêpes, elles sont faites à la commande.

The sweet crêpe I had here was by far the best one I've ever eaten, & the homemade chocolate-hazelnut spread was heavenly. I wish I had an extra stomach so I could have eaten more.
What a hidden gem! 💎 Trois Framage Crepes was so delicious & thin! But the best part was a super friendly & attentive, caring gentleman cooking crepes, so welcoming, we'll be back!!! 🙏☺?

This was my first (& only) crepe in Montreal. It seemed family-owned since the girl at the register called the older crepe-making guy,'papa'.
The menu on the wall is in French. The girl gave me a flyer with English explanations. I think the menu on the wall is more updated. I got La Maëlle, which is made with their homemade chocolate hazelnut spread. I was thinking you could choose chocolate or hazelnut (because on the flyer there is a slash'/' symbol), but it's like a homemade Nutella with chocolate & hazelnut. After ordering, I took a seat at the singular large table inside. There is a lot of natural light coming through the large window.
The guy brought out the box & then offered spoons! He was so right because I really enjoyed the chocolate hazelnut spread. The crepe was tasty. It was too sweet for my eating partner though. I would like to try their savory crepes next time.
Superbe adresse ! On se croirait vraiment en Bretagne. Les galettes sont absolument parfaites : croustillantes, savoureuses, & dignes des meilleures crêperies bretonnes. Comme toujours, j'ai testé la complète & la crêpe caramel au beurre salé : un sans-faute.
Mention spéciale à Cyril, passionné & chaleureux, qui fait découvrir sa cave à vin 100 % québécoise - pas une bouteille importée - une vraie pépite en plus de la crêperie. & détail qui tue : pour les gourmands, il vous apporte une petite cuillère pour finir le caramel au fond du carton.
