Very delicious food, big portions, & came out hot! This location had a lot of special meals that you won't find in the other locations. The restaurant looked beautiful! The decor made me feel so immersed. The only thing that I didn't like is that my server split a dessert in 3 but charged all of us half the price of the dessert. Therefore we spent more money there. She also automatically charged us a tip instead of allowing us to pick an option.

il faisait -20, jai voulu rentrer juste pour 5minutes en attendant mon bus, ils n'ont pas laisser, & ils mont dit que je devais payer pour pouvoir rester, jai decider de commander un café avec un dessert, pour que finalement ils me disent qu'ils n'acceptent pas de credit, a ce moment la, javais juste ma carte de credit, c'est tellement un manque d'empathie & d'humanité, moi meme etant serveuse & travaillé dans plusieurs restaurent, mes superieurs n'ont jamais refuser quelqu un pour se rechauffer un peu. quelle crueauté

At first, everything seemed perfect. The food was tasty, & our waitress Josianne was friendly, attentive, & made us feel very welcome. We ordered the entrecôte & fish & chips + poutine. The dessert, gâteau praliné, was really good too & Josianne even gave us the name of the distributor, which we appreciated. Additionally, we were impressed by how fast the service was!

But unfortunately, things took a turn. We saw mice running around the restaurant, which was really disturbing & made us question the hygiene standards. Someone, possibly the manager, did come over to apologize for that. But for a restaurant, the presence of mice is simply unacceptable.

Then, when it was time to pay, we found out they weren't accepting gift cards due to a'technical issue.' We only learned this at the end of the meal, which was frustrating, especially since it seems the issue has been ongoing. There was no prior notice, which felt misleading & disappointing.

Overall, the experience left us disappointed. We don't recommend this location & probably won't return anytime soon.

Très bonnes portions, bonne cuisine, le service est vraiment agréable la décoration aussi, quand je suis sorti j'avais plus faim. 50$ par personne avec pichet de sangria, dessert & café.
