My stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Montreal Airport was truly pleasant. From the moment I arrived, the customer service stood out-especially Jad at the front desk, who made the check-in process incredibly smooth & welcoming.
The amenities provided by the hotel were excellent & added a lot of value to the overall experience. The room was clean, comfortable, & well-equipped. I also appreciated the convenience of the airport shuttle & the quality of the breakfast options

We had room 420 at the Fairfield by Marriott Airport location. There was banging off & on all night. Front desk response in the morning was' sorry for the inconvenience'. Make sure you don't take room 420.
J'y ai séjourné fin mai pour des raisons professionnelles. Chambre très propre, à proximité de l'aéroport, petit-déjeuner composé d'oeufs brouillés, de saucisses, de gruau, bref de quoi bien commencer la journée. Un bémol: manque de fruits & de légumes. Rajouter des poivrons grillés ferait des assiettes colorées.
Également, le stationnement est hors de prix (25 $ plus taxes, ce qui revient à presque 28 $ en 2025).
Autrement, rien d'autre à redire, cet hôtel fait parfaitement l'affaire.

I recently stayed at this hotel & had the pleasure of being greeted & assisted by Sofia at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she went above & beyond to make sure my stay was seamless & enjoyable. Her warm & professional demeanor, combined with her attentiveness & efficiency, truly set the tone for a fantastic experience.
Sofia not only provided a smooth check-in & clear explanations of the amenities, but also took the time to recommend local attractions & dining options that made my trip memorable. Her dedication to customer service was evident in how she handled every guest with genuine care & a friendly attitude.
I'm incredibly impressed by her commitment to excellence & her positive representation of the hotel. It's clear that she takes pride in her role, & I hope her outstanding performance is recognized by management. I will definitely return to this hotel & highly recommend it, thanks in large part to Sofia's exceptional service.
Cant say enough, We travel a little bit, & this stay at the Fairfield reminded us of the good old days with the friendly service from all the staff..Food was delicious.
The Ladies in the morning service for the restaurant where awesome..Manager i think popped by & asked how were doing..Shout out to Kobby,, A gentleman that drove us to the Train station..
Rooms are nice, location & shuttle to the airport is perfect. Left my vehicle for the week in a secure parking lot, reasonably priced for week long parking. Restaurant food is very limited & not as good as it could be.
Rooms are big, good spot when you have flights the next day, shuttle to & from thr Airport is offered but if leaving the airport to go to the hotel at a busy time it might be a struggle to get on
