Our family had an exceptional stay at the Fairfield Marriott Montreal Airport. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above & beyond to accommodate every request with kindness & professionalism.
They graciously fulfilled our special bedding & allergy-related requests, helped print important documents for us, provided change for laundry, & were consistently helpful with every small necessity during our stay. The level of hospitality truly stood out.
The breakfast each morning was excellent, & the breakfast staff were friendly, attentive, & accommodating. The restaurant service was also wonderful - they even called our room exactly as promised when our food was ready for pickup, which we greatly appreciated.
A special mention to the hotel manager, who was always visible, attentive, approachable, & supportive to both guests & staff. He genuinely seemed to run the hotel like a well-oiled machine, & it reflected in every aspect of the experience.
The housekeeping staff also did an excellent job refreshing & maintaining our room throughout our stay. Everything was kept very clean, organized, & comfortable for our family.
Overall, this hotel provided a welcoming, professional, & truly enjoyable experience. We would absolutely stay here again & highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montreal.
The hotel rate increased from the advertised $200 to nearly $400. The furnace in the room was very loud, especially during the night. The breakfast quality was below expectations, & the room was not cleaned daily, including basic bed making. Overall, the stay did not meet the expectations shown on the hotel website
Great location. Staff are friendly, went above & beyond. The room was exceptionally clean & tidy. The pool is well maintained, & there is gated parking for the fly & go option. Great place to stay before catching a flight.
Our room is quite spacious, impeccably clean, & has a wonderfully fresh scent. The temperature is perfectly comfortable, neither too warm nor too cool.
Both the receptionist & the manager were exceptionally accommodating, greeting us with pleasant & warm smiles.
The hotel's location is very convenient, just a five-minute drive from the airport, even with ongoing construction. It's also a mere five-minute walk to the Dorval train & bus station.
We certainly plan to return & wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
I had an excellent stay at this hotel & would highly recommend it. The property is very well maintained the building still looks as new, which immediately gave a great first impression. My room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, & clearly well cared for.
The breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection & quality that exceeded expectations. It was the perfect way to start each day. The gym was well kept.
The staff were warm, welcoming, & always willing to assist, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. I also took advantage of the shuttle service, which was very convenient, & the driver was especially friendly & professional.
The only minor downside was the temperature of the indoor pool. It could be a bit warmer to allow guests to fully enjoy the experience of the hotel & everything it has to offer. Aside from that, everything else was top-notch.
Overall, a fantastic stay I would definitely return!
I had a great stay at Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Montreal Airport. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, & well-maintained, which made my stay really enjoyable.
The breakfast service was excellent - the staff were very kind, welcoming, & always ready to help. It really made a positive start to each day.
I also want to highlight the housekeeping team - the room cleaning staff were very friendly, polite, & did a wonderful job keeping everything spotless.
However, I can't say the same about the front desk experience. I found the service there could be improved, especially in terms of politeness & customer interaction.
I thought I would try this Marriott well that was a mistake. Over priced terrible service, did not clean the room when requested & won't answer emails in English
Several hotels in the same area I would suggest to book at another one there

Placed near the airport & clean. But expensive. Much more than similar ones at downtown
Amazing places. Good breakfast. Good systems. Clean room.
Only downside is that Parking is chargeable & the cost is way too high.
DoubleTree by Hilton Montreal Airport - Dorval, QC
I stayed here during a work trip, expecting Hilton-level comfort, but the experience fell short. The biggest problem was the climate control. The room refuses to cool below 20°C, leaving it muggy & uncomfortable, & the fan can't be set to run constantly for even a little breeze. After working construction outdoors all day, the last thing I want is to come back to a hot, stagnant room - especially when the rate is over $300 a night. Photo: Thermostat stuck at 23°C after running three hours straight.
The property itself feels oddly restrictive. You can't charge anything to your room - not from the market, not from the restaurant. Want a soda or a snack? You'll have to swipe your card & get a printed receipt every time. It's inconvenient & unnecessary, & it chips away at what should be the ease of a hotel stay. On top of that, everything requires your key card: doors, elevators, even basic access. It makes the place feel more like a locked-down dorm or a minimum-security prison than a welcoming hotel.
On the positive side, the place is clean, & the staff seem to be doing their part. But the atmosphere & policies drag it down. For the price, comfort & convenience just aren't there. I'll be leaving after just one night because the combination of muggy rooms & over-the-top lockdown measures makes it impossible to relax.
Very close to airport. Reliable shuttle service. Rooms are clean. Staff take time to answer questions. Nice selection of restaurants in walking distance.
I recently have a very bad experience with my stay I booked hotel for 3 nights before leaving from hotel I went to the reception & requested for room cleaning they said you are scheduled for tomorrow & on the next day I went & I told them today we are scheduled for room cleaning they said we will do it today After that we arrived in evening room was in the same condition I called them they said today there was shortage of staff.
In addition in the noon when we were checking out they were blaming us we denied for house keeping Like seriously?

My stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Montreal Airport was truly pleasant. From the moment I arrived, the customer service stood out-especially Jad at the front desk, who made the check-in process incredibly smooth & welcoming.
The amenities provided by the hotel were excellent & added a lot of value to the overall experience. The room was clean, comfortable, & well-equipped. I also appreciated the convenience of the airport shuttle & the quality of the breakfast options

The room was clean & well maintained, the hotel felt modern, & the breakfast in the morning was great. I felt the need to leave a review because of how amazing the staff was at the front desk & the restaurant. Their service truly couldn't have been any better. Thanks for a great stay!
