I want to sincerely thank Amanda for her outstanding customer service. I accidentally booked my reservation for next Thursday instead of this Thursday, & I thought I was out of luck. Amanda went above & beyond to help me resolve the issue. She spent a significant amount of time on multiple calls with Hotels.com, handled the cancellation process, & was able to secure me a room for tonight. She was patient, professional, & genuinely cared about helping me. Her dedication & willingness to go the extra mile turned a very stressful situation into a great experience. I am extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel. We paid for two rooms & expected a decent level of hospitality, but the experience was far from satisfactory.
The reception staff on the night shift were unprofessional, poorly trained, & completely unhelpful. It wasn't even a matter of going above & beyond-they were unable to perform basic front desk responsibilities properly. Their attitude & lack of competence made our stay unnecessarily frustrating.
I have stayed at many hotels before, but this was by far the worst service I have ever experienced. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously & provides proper training to their staff, as customer service is a fundamental part of the hospitality industry.

The hotel is great & breakfast was complimentary &. really good. The wait staff is excellent & the hotel is clean & was a fair price. Very close to the airport & has a free shuttle!
Rooms were great! Breakfast was amazing- they let u request a free late check out depending on availability. But the best part about the experience is the hotel shuttle man kicked me off for no reason & the front desk ladies yelled at him for being rude to me for no reason & they were so kind & omg the front desk staff needs to be paid higher for sticking up for lone female travelers such as myself 🙌❤?❤?❤?❤?
This hotel is one of the best located by the airport to access mall & restaurants. Nice room, Nice staff, Nice location. They have free breakfast. Also have a bar with limited hours & is very minimalist to say the least.
Our family had an exceptional stay at the Fairfield Marriott Montreal Airport. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above & beyond to accommodate every request with kindness & professionalism.
They graciously fulfilled our special bedding & allergy-related requests, helped print important documents for us, provided change for laundry, & were consistently helpful with every small necessity during our stay. The level of hospitality truly stood out.
The breakfast each morning was excellent, & the breakfast staff were friendly, attentive, & accommodating. The restaurant service was also wonderful - they even called our room exactly as promised when our food was ready for pickup, which we greatly appreciated.
A special mention to the hotel manager, who was always visible, attentive, approachable, & supportive to both guests & staff. He genuinely seemed to run the hotel like a well-oiled machine, & it reflected in every aspect of the experience.
The housekeeping staff also did an excellent job refreshing & maintaining our room throughout our stay. Everything was kept very clean, organized, & comfortable for our family.
Overall, this hotel provided a welcoming, professional, & truly enjoyable experience. We would absolutely stay here again & highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montreal.
The hotel rate increased from the advertised $200 to nearly $400. The furnace in the room was very loud, especially during the night. The breakfast quality was below expectations, & the room was not cleaned daily, including basic bed making. Overall, the stay did not meet the expectations shown on the hotel website
