Great stay for our vacation! The rooms were clean, comfortable, & well maintained. Staff were friendly & check-in was smooth.

Heads up: you do have to pay extra for parking if you're driving, & it wasn't mentioned when booking. Breakfast is basic but it gets the job done. Overall the price is good for what you get

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable, especially for a Marriott property. I stayed for three nights, & my room was never serviced once. No housekeeping, no fresh towels, no garbage emptied-nothing for the entirety of my stay.

What made it even more frustrating was the complete lack of communication. At no point was I informed that housekeeping would not be provided or that I needed to request it. When I raised the issue, all I received was a simple apology with no explanation, no effort to make things right, & no compensation for the inconvenience.

This is not the level of service I expect from Marriott. Basic housekeeping over a multi-night stay shouldn't be something guests have to chase down. Extremely disappointing, & I expected far better from a brand with Marriott's reputation.

Relatively standard Fairfield hotel. OK breakfast buffet & restaurant for dinner.

Close to PE Trudeau international airport.

Efficient staff, clean rooms. Fitness center & indoor pool.

I want to sincerely thank Amanda for her outstanding customer service. I accidentally booked my reservation for next Thursday instead of this Thursday, & I thought I was out of luck. Amanda went above & beyond to help me resolve the issue. She spent a significant amount of time on multiple calls with Hotels.com, handled the cancellation process, & was able to secure me a room for tonight. She was patient, professional, & genuinely cared about helping me. Her dedication & willingness to go the extra mile turned a very stressful situation into a great experience. Thank you, Amanda, for your exceptional support!

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel. We paid for two rooms & expected a decent level of hospitality, but the experience was far from satisfactory.

The reception staff on the night shift were unprofessional, poorly trained, & completely unhelpful. It wasn't even a matter of going above & beyond-they were unable to perform basic front desk responsibilities properly. Their attitude & lack of competence made our stay unnecessarily frustrating.

I have stayed at many hotels before, but this was by far the worst service I have ever experienced. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously & provides proper training to their staff, as customer service is a fundamental part of the hospitality industry.

The hotel is great & breakfast was complimentary &. really good. The wait staff is excellent & the hotel is clean & was a fair price. Very close to the airport & has a free shuttle!

Easy to access. My go to place when I go to Dorval. Beautiful gym & pool, almost never used.
