Je trouve cet etablissement tres sexiste. Je voulais sortir au bar & avoir du plaisir avec ma copine & mes copains. Malheureusement, je crois qu'ils n'aiment pas les hommes. Ils ont laissé passé un groupe de fille débarquent d'un taxi, sans meme faire la file. Ils choisisent les personnes en excluant les personnes moins belles. En 2026, ce genre de comportement ne devraient pas arrivé. Choisir qui peut & qui ne peut pas rentrer basé sur l'apparence physique n'est pas dans mes critères de sortie réussi. 0 étoiles pour ce bar. Surtout pour le gerant condescendant qui nous a dit que nous n'avions pas l'alure pour entrer. Quel genre de personne irrespectueuse. Si jétais vous, je repenserais mes employé & surtout le gérant a l'entré tres condescendant. Merci n'y allé pas, cette place ne devrait pas etre encouragé.
Excellent experience at Name's. The staff were so responsive, professional, & friendly. Tommy did such an excellent job as our bartender. The food & cocktails were high-quality (especially the special, the pappardelle), & the music cultivated a very chill & easygoing vibe. Would absolutely return when we visit Montreal again!

Many things to say about this place. The food is good, very overpriced for what it is but good nevertheless. The drinks are a scam, they advertise fancy brands in the menu but they pour the cheap liquor & they did that right in front of us as we were sitting at the bar. They did that for every single drink. That in my opinion should be considered a scam. The vibe at night is really nice, gets quite packed too. But I'd recommend to go for the evening since it's really fun. Leaving low rating for the overpriced food, tiny portions & the scam on the drinks
Overall, this was an incredible dining experience! The service was wonderful. Our waiters were so attentive & accommodating. This place also turns into a bar afterhours & the ambiance is perfect : cozy yet festive!
Must-visit Montréal restaurant. My wife & I are visiting from Florida & visited Name's On The Way for dinner our second night in town. The restaurant is in a beautiful, clean area, & when we arrived at around 7:30 on a Saturday evening we felt as if we struck gold as it was not yet slammed. Our waiter, Carlo, was incredibly personable & helped us pick out an excellent red wine & meal sequence for the night. My wife & I shared Jalapeno Popper, Sourdough Oysters, Spicy Honey Wings, & closed the meal with the Lemon Pound Cake. Every item we had was executed in such a unique & complementary way that helped move the meal forward. My wife & I agreed that the Poppers, Wings, & Pound Cake were of particular note. Throughout the night, we interacted with Carlo & the GM, Dominic, & I can confidently say there's not been many times I've been to a restaurant & felt so welcomed by the staff & environment. The space was incredibly comfortable & thoughtfully designed, & the entire staff (namely Carlo & Dominic) set a new standard for what hospitality looks like in a restaurant setting. From my understanding N.O.T.W. is more known for their bar & late night scene, but it won't be like that for long. Their dinner program is a force to be reckoned with!
This place is incredible. So fun it's actually wild. Tommy is the best bar tender I've ever known, he's even coming to my wedding now. He's that good. But this place is so func the vibes are miraculous. Would leave my husband for this place. I really sound like I'm kidding but im not, its actually great.

Maude est la meilleure serveuse, elle nous as servis au bar moi & mon ami & nous avons eux un service incroyable malgrés la quantité de client qu'elle avait à gérer eb même temps. Je recommande fortement cette endroit, musique incroyable & personnel très aimable & accueillant.
C'est malheureusement tellement bruyant avec les employé qui jettent de la glace dans les éviers à 50cm de nos oreilles. Assis au bar, on ne pouvait pas discuter & donc on a décidé de partir pour aller ailleurs après un verre. Il faudrait faire quelque chose pour la réverbération du bruit dans le local: toutes les surfaces sont dures & réfléchissantes! Nous avons aussi attendu 20 minutes malgré une réservation pour pouvoir s'assoir.
Excellente place pour vos déjeuners, dîners & soupers entre amis / membres de la famille! & que dire de Renaud Lambert, qui sait comment nous accueillir lorsque le resto se transforme en bar en soirée! Je recommande à tous!

De loin le meilleur restaurant/bar de Montréal. Ne regardez pas plus loin, le names on the way saura vous séduire. Le staff est toujours souriant & accueillant & la nourriture est excellente!
Nous avions une place au bar & nous avons été servi par Gabriella, qui était excellente, super friendly, efficace & easy going. La bouffe était excellente & notre drink aussi! (Spicy marg à la mangue)
