L'ambiance au Muze Lounge & Terrasse était vraiment wow - le décor & l'atmosphère étaient parfaits pour une soirée entre amis. Nous avions réservé pour 4 & avons finalement été 8, & l'équipe nous a gentiment accommodés rapidement, ce qui a été très apprécié. En plus, nos cocktails nous ont été offerts, un beau geste compte tenu de notre soirée.
Malheureusement, l'expérience côté service a été extrêmement décevante. Nous avons attendu 3 heures pour nos plats principaux… qui ne sont jamais arrivés. Juste pour avoir de l'eau & les cocktails, il a fallu attendre 2 heures. Nous avons aussi eu les menus devant nous toute la soirée.
Nous avions commandé une bouteille qui n'est jamais venue, & malgré notre patience, nous n'avons reçu aucune vraie explication ou suivi. À un moment, on est venu nous dire que notre serveur était nouveau - ce que nous avons totalement compris - mais il était évident qu'il n'a reçu aucune aide de la part de l'équipe, ce qu'on a trouvé franchement ordinaire pour un établissement de ce calibre.
Quant à la nourriture : les entrées étaient correctes mais clairement pas à la hauteur du prix demandé.
Bref, une soirée en demi-teinte : un endroit magnifique avec du potentiel, mais un service & une organisation qui laissent vraiment à désirer.

We went to Muze with high expectations due to the location, the pictures of the food & the decor. However, we got there & were really disappointed by the service. We had to ask for menus & were not checked up on by the waiter. We ordered drinks, a starter & main courses. We waited over 45 minutes for the main courses without getting an update from the waiter. We had to get up & ask for someone to get our waiter. 20 minutes later, we decided to pay & leave because the food was still nowhere to be found just like the waiter. We don't recommend you go there unless you have a lot of patience & time to spend.
Super décor, mais le service n'était pas à la hauteur de l'endroit & du prix à débourser. Les entrées étaient intéressantes, mais les mets principaux du déjà vu mal exécuté. Les drinks étaient très bien!
Space & atmosphere are 10/10. Great view outdoor & decor indoors. The staff were nice, but could've been a bit more attentive, & the food was decent. The portions don't look like much at first but are actually very filling. One complaint was the bread, it was very hard & crunchy, maybe have a softer option
J'ai récemment découvert ce restaurant & j'ai été séduit par son ambiance chaleureuse & conviviale. Le cadre est très estival , avec une décoration intérieure soignée & l'ajout d'un DJ qui crée une atmosphère musicale agréable sans être envahissante. La musique, bien choisie & à un volume parfait, a ajouté une touche agréable à l'expérience. C'est l'endroit idéal pour passer une soirée entre amis ou en couple, tout en profitant d'une ambiance détendue & élégante. Concernant la restauration, les plats étaient satisfaisants mais pourraient bénéficier d'un peu plus de fraîcheur & de saveurs épicées pour vraiment se démarquer. Malgré cela, le service était irréprochable : nous avons été servis rapidement & le personnel était à la fois attentif & aimable. Nous avions pris en entrée les tacos au crevettes 7/10, en plat le tataki de boeuf 8/10 j'ai beaucoup aimé mais manquait de fraîcheur & peut être de petit pain, le tartare de boeuf 6/10 la mayonnaise maison relevée le tout. & en dessert une crème brûlée un peu déçu malheureusement. En résumé, ce restaurant vaut vraiment le détour pour son ambiance & son service de qualité. Avec une légère amélioration des plats, je recommande quand même pour une soirée d'été.

Pretty disappointing TBH. It's located inside the honeyrose hotel which is absolutely beautiful however the lounge/terrasse is lacking in a lot of areas. The decor is so cute here however food was not good & sadly neither were the cocktails.
Une expérience dans ce restaurant qui est a couper le souffle! Nous commençons par rentrer dans le restaurant qui est d'une décoration époustouflante, suivi d'un service top notch! L'hôtesse a pris soin de nous trouver une table sur leur terrasse qui est par ailleurs éblouissante. En ce qui concerne la nourriture je n'ai rien à redire la dessus, la brochette de kefta était succulente.

Wondered in quartier des spectacles & found this gorgeous trendy spot, amazing terrace overlooking quartier des spectacles. From the first step in, was mesmerized by the decor, then arrived on the 5th floor to Muze lounge, Jesse greeted us with such a nice smile, couldn't feel more at ease to have a good time. Again amazing spot, if you must eat, the arancinis brought me back to Roma. 5/5
Hard to follow any of the negative reviews here. The atmosphere is amazing, service is good, food & drink are top notch. Staff is very attentive, & the decor is exceptional.
We went to Muze for a family birthday, & had a great experience. So much fun! Funky decor, great atmosphere, loved the DJ, service was excellent & food was good.
Shocked by some of the negative reviews. Went for a girls dinner & had a wonderful experience. Food was great, there were a couple allergies at the table & the staff was attentive & reassuring. There was a live DJ on site & the decor & atmosphere was 10/10!!

The hotel & restaurant decor are GORGEOUS. We were blown away by how beautiful everything was. There was a live DJ & the beats were on point which added to our dining experience. Food was really good. We enjoyed our meals very much & had a great overall experience! Will definitely return.
We like to have fancy holiday outings. We decided they had the look & location we were looking for. We weren't sure what to expect & an analysis of the menu did not help us at all. In fact, our expectations were probably lower after that but once we got our order we realized we were wrong. Located on the 5th floor of the (newish) beautiful honeyrose hotel, it has a great view on parts of downtown, & a gorgeous decor laden with flamingo & a pseudo jungle theme. We didn't eat here but the drinks matched our standards & that cheesecake... Wow. Surprisingly excellent to say the least.
