This place is truly magical, the atmosphere is beautiful, the service is warm, & the cocktails are absolutely fantastic. But I had the worst burger of my life here. Definitely not the place to come for food, but 100% worth visiting for the drinks, the vibe, & the overall experience.
Tres belle ambiance, j'ai adoré le service aussi javais jeremie comme serveur très aimable a l'attention de sa clientèle il ma bien fais rire ! La nourriture & le cocktail tres bon & vous attendez pas une éternité! A recommander !

Very generous 2.. Service was slow, & by slow I mean insufferably so. During the four hours I was there I was served water three times & mind you, the cups are very small- I was not drinking anything else & the server knew that. The place is beautiful, I can't deny that, but the price of *everything* is exorbitant, 20$+ for any cocktails, 15$+ for mocktails ?? & the food was alright at best, the only positive point I can find to this place was the chocolate cake.
L'ambiance au Muze Lounge & Terrasse était vraiment wow - le décor & l'atmosphère étaient parfaits pour une soirée entre amis. Nous avions réservé pour 4 & avons finalement été 8, & l'équipe nous a gentiment accommodés rapidement, ce qui a été très apprécié. En plus, nos cocktails nous ont été offerts, un beau geste compte tenu de notre soirée.
Malheureusement, l'expérience côté service a été extrêmement décevante. Nous avons attendu 3 heures pour nos plats principaux… qui ne sont jamais arrivés. Juste pour avoir de l'eau & les cocktails, il a fallu attendre 2 heures. Nous avons aussi eu les menus devant nous toute la soirée.
Nous avions commandé une bouteille qui n'est jamais venue, & malgré notre patience, nous n'avons reçu aucune vraie explication ou suivi. À un moment, on est venu nous dire que notre serveur était nouveau - ce que nous avons totalement compris - mais il était évident qu'il n'a reçu aucune aide de la part de l'équipe, ce qu'on a trouvé franchement ordinaire pour un établissement de ce calibre.
Quant à la nourriture : les entrées étaient correctes mais clairement pas à la hauteur du prix demandé.
Bref, une soirée en demi-teinte : un endroit magnifique avec du potentiel, mais un service & une organisation qui laissent vraiment à désirer.
I went here with 12 friends for my 25th birthday. I'm really grateful they were able to accommodate a large party on short notice. We had a beautiful table on the terrasse. Ambiance was exceptional - full restaurant but not too loud to impede on conversation. The staff was delightful with the exception of one waiter (not ours). I had gotten up to tell her we were finally ready to order after discussion, forgetting that she wasn't our waiter. We were just going to take one plate of every item on the sharing menu (simple as that) so I asked if I could just tell her then & there. She was extremely rude about it, she ordered me to sit down aggressively & gave me an evil stare until I did. I didn't mean any harm or to delay her. I don't think she dealt with that situation professionally. Our cocktails & food were delicious. Everything tasted fresh & it was all very reasonably priced. Highly recommend for drinks & sharing menu. Have yet to come back for a meal. I'm intrigued. Thank you!
Pour la première fois je suis allé a Muze Lounge &Terrasse. Très impressionné par la place super beau, cozy, musique superbe, le personnage magnifique accueillant, sur la terrasse j'avais peur d'avoir froid avec mon amie mais il y a le chauffage donc sa te met plus a laise. Belle atmosphère j'ai vraiment adoré & j eu une belle impression 😍🙌 La seul chose c'est les prix..pour un cocktail c 21$ plus taxes ce que j'ai trouvé super cher. Le cocktail le plus cher que jai vue de ma vie dans un lounge cetait 18$ comprensible... donc j finalement pris du rosé a 19$ cetait super bon! Malheureusement je n'ai pas pi gouter au cocktail & moi j'adore ca. Si non la nourriture incroyable! Aussi un peu trop cher mais bon...LES FRITES GUYSS !!!! #1 sont incroyable! Entka je recommande a 100% 💯
Love this place when I come to Montreal. Great food , excellent cocktails , super service ! Really great place & recommend . Good prices too for a downtown terrace.
Lovely experience , from the greeting we received by the management at the door to the service we received at the bar . Thanks Joe & timo ! We had the cherie bourbon cocktail & muse colada & loved it ! Great vibe & great time . Unfortunately part of the terrasse was closed for the rain but we understand !

Très bel endroit, la nourriture était succulente. Nous avons aussi apprécié les recommandations de cocktails & le service était impeccable. Je reviendrai à coup sûr lors de ma prochaine escale à Montréal
Pretty disappointing TBH. It's located inside the honeyrose hotel which is absolutely beautiful however the lounge/terrasse is lacking in a lot of areas. The decor is so cute here however food was not good & sadly neither were the cocktails.

First time & it won't be the last. The hotel itself is beautiful & the restaurant keeps with the aesthetic. Though it was busy, it didn't feel busy-we received a lot of special attention from management (director on down) - including a nice chat with the French chef! We started with the burrata & even though I'm generally not a kefta fan, the presentation looked so good, I had to order it as my main & was not disappointed. Vegetables were cooked to perfection, & fries were perfect-a bigger/ fatter version of everyone's favourite, McDonald's lol. Dessert, a pistachio biscuit, was lovely & light & I enjoyed my amaretto based cocktail. Great service from Judy & Lida, &, along with the venue & atmosphere, this resto ticks all the boxes!
Great experience, lovely evening with friends, interesting cocktails. service from our table staff Karen was pleasant & above expectations. She brought us blankets when the weather turned chilly. Thanks for a warm evening experience.
Perfect mtl summer spot. Food was very good, lots of cocktail & drink options, & an overall very sophisticated yet relaxed feel. Service is wonderful: Bob who helps you at the door, our waitress Blanche, & the management, Jesse. All of whom elevated the already high end feeling experience. Highly recommend to all
Very nice service from our waiter & Jesse at the entrance. Cocktails are good too, good variety. Vibe very chill, music isn't too loud which I appreciate since we can have a conversation.
