L'ambiance au Muze Lounge & Terrasse était vraiment wow - le décor & l'atmosphère étaient parfaits pour une soirée entre amis. Nous avions réservé pour 4 & avons finalement été 8, & l'équipe nous a gentiment accommodés rapidement, ce qui a été très apprécié. En plus, nos cocktails nous ont été offerts, un beau geste compte tenu de notre soirée.
Malheureusement, l'expérience côté service a été extrêmement décevante. Nous avons attendu 3 heures pour nos plats principaux… qui ne sont jamais arrivés. Juste pour avoir de l'eau & les cocktails, il a fallu attendre 2 heures. Nous avons aussi eu les menus devant nous toute la soirée.
Nous avions commandé une bouteille qui n'est jamais venue, & malgré notre patience, nous n'avons reçu aucune vraie explication ou suivi. À un moment, on est venu nous dire que notre serveur était nouveau - ce que nous avons totalement compris - mais il était évident qu'il n'a reçu aucune aide de la part de l'équipe, ce qu'on a trouvé franchement ordinaire pour un établissement de ce calibre.
Quant à la nourriture : les entrées étaient correctes mais clairement pas à la hauteur du prix demandé.
Bref, une soirée en demi-teinte : un endroit magnifique avec du potentiel, mais un service & une organisation qui laissent vraiment à désirer.
Fantastic lounge. friendly & professional staff who even adapted the situation when our booking for 15 expanded to about 18 people. Food was amazing & ambience is second to none for a location so central in Montreal.

J'ai visité à deux reprises le Muze Lounge & Terrasse, une fois où c'était bien en général, mais où il y avait une petite lacune au niveau du service & de l'accueil. J'y suis retourné récemment & j'ai été agréablement surpris par le service impeccable de Dany. J'ai su qu'il était nouveau là-bas & je trouve que c'est un gros plus pour l'établissement. J'y reviendrai sans aucun doute savourer un bon martini.
Pour la première fois je suis allé a Muze Lounge &Terrasse. Très impressionné par la place super beau, cozy, musique superbe, le personnage magnifique accueillant, sur la terrasse j'avais peur d'avoir froid avec mon amie mais il y a le chauffage donc sa te met plus a laise. Belle atmosphère j'ai vraiment adoré & j eu une belle impression 😍🙌 La seul chose c'est les prix..pour un cocktail c 21$ plus taxes ce que j'ai trouvé super cher. Le cocktail le plus cher que jai vue de ma vie dans un lounge cetait 18$ comprensible... donc j finalement pris du rosé a 19$ cetait super bon! Malheureusement je n'ai pas pi gouter au cocktail & moi j'adore ca. Si non la nourriture incroyable! Aussi un peu trop cher mais bon...LES FRITES GUYSS !!!! #1 sont incroyable! Entka je recommande a 100% 💯
Pretty disappointing TBH. It's located inside the honeyrose hotel which is absolutely beautiful however the lounge/terrasse is lacking in a lot of areas. The decor is so cute here however food was not good & sadly neither were the cocktails.
I had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful terrace lounge & I couldn't be more impressed. The view is simply stunning, offering a perfect backdrop for a relaxing evening. The atmosphere is warm & inviting, making it an ideal spot to unwind. The staff truly elevate the experience, especially the manager, Jesse. Jesse's friendliness & attentiveness set the tone for exceptional service. The entire team is incredibly friendly & goes out of their way to ensure every guest feels welcome & well taken care of. The food is another highlight. Every dish we tried was delicious, beautifully presented, & full of flavor. Whether you're there for a casual drink or a full meal, you're in for a treat. Overall, this terrace lounge is a gem. With its beautiful view, fantastic staff, & great food, it's a place you'll want to return to again & again. Highly recommended! ---
I really enjoy my dining experience at muze lounge restaurant, we got the tomahawk we had amongst the three of us & was plenty not to mention delicious. Jesse the manager was super accomodating & Laurence our server was Lovely. Its à great terrasse to enjoy with friends & family. Definetly reccomend

Wondered in quartier des spectacles & found this gorgeous trendy spot, amazing terrace overlooking quartier des spectacles. From the first step in, was mesmerized by the decor, then arrived on the 5th floor to Muze lounge, Jesse greeted us with such a nice smile, couldn't feel more at ease to have a good time. Again amazing spot, if you must eat, the arancinis brought me back to Roma. 5/5
Food Chicken Tacos (2 Tacos) We only wanted a small bite & this hit the spot while we sipped on Prosecco. Service Could use some improvement. This could have been us reading too much into it but we got the feel that they did not want us there. When we were seated my wife asked if they do anything special for anniversaries, as we were celebrating. We were told that we first needed to order an appetizer, entree & drink but that she would check with her manager. Of course, we never heard anything back. We didn't make a big deal & proceeded to order our food & a couple of bottles of wine. At this point, is when I began to get the uneasy feeling as we asked for two glasses of water with lemon. After asking another (3) times the waters were brought. We had to asked another two times for the lemons. We stayed at the HoneyRose for a week & lets just say this was our first & last time going to the lounge. I would suggest venturing out as there are many other places within 5-10 minutes walking. Atmosphere Nice, Chill & Laid back. They had a DJ setup but seemed to only just play from a playlist.
Un très très bel endroit. Situé dans l'hôtel, le lounge est tout neuf. L'entrée est wow... le bar juste après la porte d'entrée est vraiment superbe. La déco est très sympa & douce, accueillante. Les tables de la salle sont confortables mais rien d'extraordinaire. Le coin devant le foyer, juste à côté du bar & de la cabine de DJ est génial! Les cocktails étaient très réussis & les huitres merveilleusement fraiches & bonnes. Bref, super endroit... Mais... Juste un autre lounge. Rien ne permet vraiment de les différencier. C'est juste un autre très beau lounge. J'ai hâte de voir la dynamique avec la terrasse.
