This is a great cozy spot to eat a delicious lunch. I ordered the simplest poutine on the menu & enjoyed it immensely. From the moment we took the stairs up I know we were in for something special. Great food, great atmosphere & great service. I'm told we were lucky not to have a wait this particular day.
Parti avec ma famille y a quelques semaines & je suis revenu avec des chums il y a deux jours. La poutine saucisses épicées est super bonne. Une sacrament bonne bouffe pis le service est top tier aswell. Vraiment pas de quoi se plaindre.
Worst experience as a tourist. We were a group of 12 people made up of 3 families. First of all as we are trying to get into the place we are told to shut the door. I mean at least let us inside first. We were then seated together & after 10 minutes when we were about to order we were told we couldn't be accommodated as there was too many of us despite the area we were in was very quiet. The Manager was really rude & probably doesn't like Indian families. She was telling us she couldn't accommodate us & only changed her tone when she knew I started filming the conversation & then decided to see what she could do. However when we realised she was just standing around we decided to leave & go to another establishment where we spent around 300 CAD & received exceptional service. Avoid this place

Gros coup de coeur pour le service de Cam. En plus d'être super rapide, elle est vraiment sympa & nous a donné des bonnes idées de trucs à faire dans le coin.
Poutine crave, allez-y les yeux fermés & demandez Cam, vous ne serez pas déçus ! 👌✨
This is hands down the best fries I've ever had. We're talking about poutine - & this place takes it to another level. Perfectly crispy, freshly cut fries, rich & flavorful gravy, & fresh cheese that ties everything together - an absolute explosion of taste.
On top of that, the staff is incredibly friendly & welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better.
Honestly, one of the best places I've ever tried. Highly, highly recommend - you have to try it!
Mid restaurant in my opinion. The location was nice, we got seated next to the window so the view was great but the food was so so. The poutine was a bit too salty & the chicken seemed to be cooked for a bit too long.

No tap water? that's just cheapskate. I was used to come here with my friends & family who come visit me, but I'm not coming back again. The ambience & food is very low average. Luckily there's better options around.
Pleasant retro vibe, great service & probably the most savoury poutine we ever had - surprising gem in a rather touristy area, we loved this place. Particularly recommend the smoked meat poutine.
My family & I had very uncomfortable expirence when we visited this resturant. The customer service that we received was unprofessional & racist. The moment we stepped inside the store crew is already telling us about the tip (which is fine to mention btw but the crew's tone made it sound like we're not gonna pay). Also, they were telling us to close the door already but all of us didnt even step inside yet. I wouldnt recommend this restaurant to everyone.
