Grabbed the Montreal Poutine to go, gotta say it was one of the best poutine I've had. There was a huge line when we first walked by so we went by later, had a shorter line & it went fast. They really serve people quick which is great. Service was excellent they are very polite & helpful with the menu. There aren't too many tables inside. Would def go back for the montreal poutine! Came topped with lots of meat, pickles & mustard.
Franchement, expérience catastrophique chez Montréal Poutine. Service absolument inacceptable & gérant complètement non professionnel.
J'ai commandé une salade César avec poulet grillé. Sur le menu, il n'était pas clairement indiqué que la salade contenait du bacon (& je ne peux pas en manger). Résultat : on m'apporte une salade avec du bacon, que je n'ai pratiquement pas touchée.
Quand je signale le problème, au lieu de proposer une solution normale comme remplacer la salade ou simplement retirer le bacon, le gérant me dit que si je veux autre chose, je dois payer une nouvelle salade… en plus de celle que je n'ai pas mangée. Donc on me fait payer DEUX salades pour une erreur qui vient du manque de clarté du menu ?
Le pire, c'est son attitude : aucune écoute, aucune volonté de comprendre, il me parle comme si j'étais stupide. Aucune logique commerciale, aucun respect du client.
& pour finir, il me propose'généreusement' 50% de rabais sur la première salade… que je n'ai même pas mangée. & j ai pas commander une deuxième résultat partir sans rien manger C'est censé être un geste commercial ? Sérieusement ?
Je suis repartie sans manger, frustrée, avec une facture injustifiée & une très mauvaise expérience. À fuir absolument.

Wow! This is an impressive poutine, which is a bold statement for a city famous for its poutines. First & foremost, it was delicious!! The portion is huge, the service is great, the outdoor terrace is fantastic & the price is very reasonable for the giant portion of fries, cheese, gravy & smoked meat in the one I ordered. Big menu full of options for everyone, I highly recommend.
Jenna & Luca were able to provide me with excellent service. & the atmosphere was lovely, as it was my first time being in Montreal & first time eating poutine. I would greatly recommend Montreal Poutine to anyone who is looking for a great spot.
This is a great cozy spot to eat a delicious lunch. I ordered the simplest poutine on the menu & enjoyed it immensely. From the moment we took the stairs up I know we were in for something special. Great food, great atmosphere & great service. I'm told we were lucky not to have a wait this particular day.
Parti avec ma famille y a quelques semaines & je suis revenu avec des chums il y a deux jours. La poutine saucisses épicées est super bonne. Une sacrament bonne bouffe pis le service est top tier aswell. Vraiment pas de quoi se plaindre.

Worst experience as a tourist. We were a group of 12 people made up of 3 families. First of all as we are trying to get into the place we are told to shut the door. I mean at least let us inside first. We were then seated together & after 10 minutes when we were about to order we were told we couldn't be accommodated as there was too many of us despite the area we were in was very quiet. The Manager was really rude & probably doesn't like Indian families. She was telling us she couldn't accommodate us & only changed her tone when she knew I started filming the conversation & then decided to see what she could do. However when we realised she was just standing around we decided to leave & go to another establishment where we spent around 300 CAD & received exceptional service. Avoid this place

Je suis passée manger une poutine aujourd'hui & franchement, c'était top. La poutine était vraiment bonne, un 5/5 sans hésiter!
Gros coup de coeur pour le service de Cam. En plus d'être super rapide, elle est vraiment sympa & nous a donné des bonnes idées de trucs à faire dans le coin.
Poutine crave, allez-y les yeux fermés & demandez Cam, vous ne serez pas déçus ! 👌✨
This is hands down the best fries I've ever had. We're talking about poutine - & this place takes it to another level. Perfectly crispy, freshly cut fries, rich & flavorful gravy, & fresh cheese that ties everything together - an absolute explosion of taste.
On top of that, the staff is incredibly friendly & welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better.
Honestly, one of the best places I've ever tried. Highly, highly recommend - you have to try it!
Mid restaurant in my opinion. The location was nice, we got seated next to the window so the view was great but the food was so so. The poutine was a bit too salty & the chicken seemed to be cooked for a bit too long.
