Mon Village Restaurant reçoit des éloges pour un service chaleureux et attentif et une ambiance chaleureuse et rustique, avec des clients qui saluent des portions généreuses, des ingrédients frais et des plats qui vont du steak bien cuit au poulet moelleux jusqu'au rôti et aux Coquilles Saint-Jacques, le tout dans une atmosphère accueillante près de la cheminée; le menu est varié et offre un bon rapport qualité-prix, et beaucoup de convives affirment qu'ils reviendront, même si certains témoignages notent des services parfois plus lents, des heures d'affluence et une certaine irrégularité en cuisine depuis la pandémie.
The ambiance is warm & cozy. The fireplace emits warmth, brighten up the cold winter night. The batter on the fish is rather crispy & not that greasy. Steaks range from 40+.
Kept our coats on while dining. Food came randomly, steak was mediocre , nachos for one patron was so late (due to being burnt) that most individuals at the table had finished their meals already.
Because of where we were seated near the entrance, we literally froze the whole time we were there. There was a constant draft coming in from outside. It's a shame that such a nice restaurant doesn't have more barriers preventing the cold draft from coming in like putting a heated blower at the entrance & a shelter outside to cut back on the draft coming in. It's hard trying to enjoy the time with Family & Friends in this freezing area of the restaurant. We asked to be moved, but to no avail. I won't be returning in winter ever again, unless they can guarantee a warm place.

Went on New Years eve for dinner. It was FABULOUS as always. Our waitress was OUTSTANDING! This was about the 7th time she's served us. I highly, highly recommend!! 3 of us had the baked frozen Lemon Alaska, that too was Fantastic !! Nous y sommes allés pour le dîner du réveillon du Nouvel An. C'était FABULEUX comme toujours. Notre serveuse était EXCEPTIONNELLE ! C'était environ la 7e fois qu'elle nous servait. Je le recommande vivement !! Nous 3 avons commandé l' Alaska au citron cuit & gelé, c'était Fabuleux !! Lovely place with great staff. Came here a few years ago when I was vegan. They accommodated me very well. They read the labels on food to see if it was vegan friendly. Went out of their way. Great food, fast service, friendly staff. 10/10 recommend.
Prime Rib & lemon pie dessert, ABSOLUTELY delicious !! Wilhelm provided excellent service!! Chill, mellow atmosphere with smooth & soothing blueberry tea (alcohol version!!) Couldn't ask for a better evening with old friends to catch up!!! Thanks so much!!❤️
Went there last night, right next to a huge fireplace. Food was AMAZING, EATING THE leftovers now for breakfast & taste just as good (homemade potato fries & new york strip loin) added some eggs & WOW. The garlic bread is INSANE literally like 6 mini pizzas with TONS of cheese. Our waiters for strangely super young yet super efficient, funny & professional. This place is truly a 5 on 5 no doubt

Great food definitely recommend the Hamburger the fries are great I just don't recommend the coleslaw I even got the chefs special ice cream on the house. The service was great the waiters are super kind. The atmosphere was super cozy I really like the moose head on top of the fireplace. Alek,

Vraiment bel endroit authentique , relaxant & agréable pour passer du temps avec des amis à la campagne près de la ville. La cuisine canadienne est sans prétention mais c'est malgeureux qu'il n'y est aucun choix végétarien...
I moved from Hudson 11 years ago, it was my favorite then & my favorite now, still exactly the same thanks to Bill the owner ,it's still perfect ❤ Darryl ps hope your well regards to clodie
