Min.T, dans notre cœur, est une extension de notre salle à manger où nous servons ce que nous aimons manger à la maison, dans la rue ici et là, et dans des contrées lointaines lors de nos voyages.
Né au Vietnam, notre menu reflète nos plats vietnamiens préférés de tous les temps, ainsi que ce qui nous inspire et nous influence. Nous aimons mélanger les meilleurs ingrédients que le Québec a à offrir avec des herbes vietnamiennes et de la sauce de poisson, des Jangs coréens et du gochugaru, du tamarin et de la citronnelle thaïlandais, du miso et du saké japonais, pour ne nommer que ceux-là, afin de créer une harmonie entre quelque chose de familier et d’agréablement différent.
Passez pour un bol rapide et réconfortant de Pho ou restez pour vous détendre entre amis et en famille autour d’un dîner de plats à partager. Le choix vous appartient.

Oh, happy day - Vietnamese food in LaSalle. :) Realllly good, fresh, generous portions, & did I mention GOOD? I almost don't want to write a glowing review because then this place won't remain a bit of a secret but it deserves to be known & the owners' efforts recognized.
We were pleased to see the small premises nearly empty at 8pm on a weekday, as it must be a bit loud when it fills up. The decor is sorta Scand-y clean lines & impeccably kept, clean clean clean. Service is attentive & caring, from the heart.
So grateful for the vegetarian options - the tofu bánh mì is hands down the best I've ever had & next time I'm taking a Tupperware to take half home because, yeah, there's enough fresh stuff jammed in the sandwich to make two meals. Ended up taking the Garden Bowl home, enjoyed that the next day - interesting sauce, original flavours. I'd appreciate some tofu in it, too, but maybe that's just me.
Others said the chicken soup was the best they'd ever tasted, even counting what they'd eaten in Vietnam. The cheesecake brûlée was different, perhaps would have been better had we eaten it the same day, not the day after.
All in all, a delightful find & I hope it sticks around because we will be back.Voir plus

Wow! What incredible food. Loved the relaxed, cozy atmosphere & the lovely selection of cookbooks on the shelf. We adored the tuna tartare on crispy rice & the banh mi was excellent. Will be back again 😀Voir plus

Min.T is a small spot, but it's full of charm. The cozy atmosphere makes you feel right at home, while the minimalist décor & beautiful plating give it a refined, stylish touch.
We tried the albacore tuna tartare, the spring rolls, the garden bowl, & the pork belly-& every single dish was a hit. Fresh, flavorful, & presented like a work of art. The mocktails were also fantastic, refreshing & well-balanced.
It's clear that the team at Min.T puts a lot of care into both the food & the overall experience. This place is a true gem-I'll definitely be coming back!Voir plus

What a lovely place with just the sweetest owners & staff! We happened to be in the area & I hopelessly looked for a pho place that would still be open at 9pm, which is so rare for Vietnamese restos. Luckily they were open & we had such a relaxing & enjoyable night. Delicious food, nice minimalist decor & AMAZING service.
