Review Summary

Reviews consistently praise Miette Boulangerie for its bread, especially sourdough, with loaves described as fresh, airy inside and crusty outside and often considered among the best in town. Sandwiches receive mixed feedback: some highlights like a well balanced club and other varieties are praised, while others note too much Dijon mustard, bread that gets soggy, or prices that feel steep for the value. Opinions on price vary, with many saying the cost does not always justify the quality, even though the artisanal care is clear. Service hours are mentioned as limiting, with sandwich service ending early and regulars sometimes left out. The atmosphere is described as charming and clean, with friendly staff and a cafe like vibe. The kitchen and bakery details are often commended for meticulous care, and some reviews mention seasonal loaf rotations that can cause favorites to disappear even as others appreciate the novelty. Overall, Miette Boulangerie stands out for its bread and attention to detail, though the cost and occasional inconsistency in sandwiches turn some readers cautious.

Delicious Sourdough very airy & has a great consistency. Loaf was good size for the price.

Olive & walnut loaf was flat & a bit gummy but they were fair & knocked two bucks off the price. Taste was interesting, crumb still holding. Maybe not the best day.

Asked to buy some of their starter, cashier said it was their'closely guarded secret', politely refused. Was advised to ask other bakeries in the area. I wonder if that secret is holding them back. Great baguettes, though!

Perhaps the greatest sandwich I have ever eaten. Get the club. Their sourdough bread is perfect & everything was so fresh.

What a treat! This bakery was next level! My friend & I split a club sandwich & it was heavenly! We had the Dubai chocolate pastry & it was such a treat. Just an amazing place with attentive & friendly staff.

Quality products but their pricing is clearly an issue.

lol, extremely overpriced for what it is , nothing to rave about. They gentrified the bakeries too :

Tasty focaccia, but won't buy a loaf of bread there again because there is no slicer like at other boulangeries! If I'm paying for expensive bread, I'd love to have the option to get it sliced.
