Nous sommes allé un jeudi soir. Il n'avait pas beaucoup de monde mais nous avons dû demandé pour avoir un crayon pour la feuille de commande. Le 1er service, ma soupe miso était simplement froide. Bon goût mais très froide. La soupe wonton le bouillon avait un goût bizarre. Les sashimi étaient bon, le tartare sur tranche de concombre était bonne. Les champignons a l'ail était bonne mais le riz des sushis était sec . 50$ pour le souper jai trouvé ca très cher pour la qualité. Le service autre qu'au début était bien, rapide. Leur salle de bain m'ont dégoûté & ensuite j'avais pu faim. Il n'y aura pas de prochaine fois.

Nous avons eu une très belle soirée au Sushi Matsu. Notre hôtesse a pris le temps de bien nous expliquer le menu & le fonctionnement, tout en faisant des blagues & en nous mettant à l'aise.

La nourriture était délicieuse, fraîchement préparée & cuite à la perfection.

Un resto à volonté où vous en avez pour votre argent & qui remplit votre estomac, mais où vous en redemanderez encore malgré la saturation de ce dernier.

Tout est très bon, mais shout out à la sangria au litchi, les champignons à l'ail & les petits beignets Japonais. 🤙🏻

La bouffe, juste wow ! 😍

Mon chum & moi sommes allés dîner (ça coûte - cher, hihi), & on a passé un très beau moment, avec la meilleure nourriture du moooonde !

On est très chanceux d'avoir un aussi bon resto à St-Hyacinthe.

We came here for a date night & once again, Sushi Matsu did not disappoint! The restaurant was about half full when we arrived, but we were seated right away. The hostess was friendly & efficient, & the service throughout the evening was quick & attentive.

The food came out fast & looked absolutely stunning. I mean every dish was beautifully presented & tasted just as amazing. Everything was fresh, flavourful, & clearly made with care. The drinks were also delicious & well-balanced, which added to the whole experience.

This isn't our first time at Sushi Matsu, & it definitely won't be the last. It's always a great spot for a relaxing night out with consistently great food & service. Highly recommend!
