On a soupé avec ma famille pour célébrer le Nouvel an,sans avoir de grandes attentes. Pourtant, l'expérience a largement dépassé ce que j'imaginais. Il y avait un grand choix de plats, sushi sont frais & servis rapidement. Le restaurant était complet mais ce qui m'a surpris c'est le service, en particulier celui d'une jeune demoiselle souriante & charmante,très attentionnée du début à la fin, des boissons jusqu'au dessert.
C'était ma première visite, & je reviendrai certainement avec des amis.

A Montréal j'aurais donné 3 étoiles, mais puisqu'il s'agit de St-Hyacinthe j'en donne 4.

J'ai bien aimé le format buffet à volonté livré à votre table. Les portions sont petites mais à volonté & le service est rapide.

Pour la bouffe j'ai goûté à beaucoup de plats & tous étaient bon mais aucun n'était excellent. Le meilleur était le boeuf brocolli. Je pense qu'ils gagneraient beaucoup à améliorer un peu la présentation visuelle & certains des plats étaient un peu fade & manquaient d'assaisonnements.

J'ai été surpris par la tendreté de la viande dans les plats, surtout le boeuf.

Coté ambiance l'endroit est assé bien décoré, la cuisine est en vue sans que ses bruits dérangent.

Mais de la musique chinoise dans un resto japonais? ;-)

Nous sommes allé un jeudi soir. Il n'avait pas beaucoup de monde mais nous avons dû demandé pour avoir un crayon pour la feuille de commande. Le 1er service, ma soupe miso était simplement froide. Bon goût mais très froide. La soupe wonton le bouillon avait un goût bizarre. Les sashimi étaient bon, le tartare sur tranche de concombre était bonne. Les champignons a l'ail était bonne mais le riz des sushis était sec . 50$ pour le souper jai trouvé ca très cher pour la qualité. Le service autre qu'au début était bien, rapide. Leur salle de bain m'ont dégoûté & ensuite j'avais pu faim. Il n'y aura pas de prochaine fois.

Tout était super bon !! Bouffe très bonne, service Rapide & courtois ! Les 2 seul points négatif... (1)Resto aurais besoin d'un rafraîchissement. (2) Toilettes des hommes mal entretenue ... casiment dégeu y aller !
