We had 2 shared plates, a hot plate, a dip & a dessert for 2 people & we were definitely full! Everything was delicious, well cooked & presented. I recommend the lamb neck, Gemista. The dip we had with feta & pita was also really good! The vibe is Mediterranean chill with soft ivory walls & chill music. I would go again to try other plates.
Great atmosphere, friendly & welcoming service & excellent food. Definitely recommend it. A must go restaurant in Montreal. Going again with more friends.

On a Sunday evening we were looking for a place that is not that crowded in the old port & that has good food. We passed by Màti & we decided to try it. We discovered that this restaurant is new & they opened like 7 weeks ago. It is a Greek restaurant. The atmosphere is so great & has a glimpse of modernity & luxurious. The washrooms are so clean. The waitresses were so welcoming & know their job well. The menu has a variety of delicious Greek food options & they have a menu full of interesting cocktails & drinks. We ordered feta cheese sprinkled with sumac & drizzled with olive oil & the cheese taste was very rich & different from any feta I had before. We also ordered watermelon salad (topped with feta cheese, honey & pistachios) which was a great option. & sth looks like lasagne but I can't recall its name (u can check the picture😬) & we had a glass of a good dry red wine. After paying the bill, they offer you cute candies that symbolize the evil eye. I recommend this place especially if u love the Greek cuisine. My experience there was nice & we enjoyed every single bite❤️
Very good service. Me & my friend walked very tired, we randomly looked through the menu outside & a lady warmly & kindly welcomed us. We got good drinks from a sir, the environment & atmosphere were very chill. We got good times in there. The restaurant was not very busy in the afternoon, it definitely will be a good choice to go & enjoy some leisure time with friends
Excellent food & atmosphere! I was blown away by the food! From the watermelon salad, to the lamb neck, everything was spectacular! I tip my hat to the chef! The staff was super friendly & attentive, especially with our 9 month old daughter. Thank you for a wonderful evening!
The place is newly open. I find it worth trying. We ordered the fish as a main dish, octopus & watermelon with feta cheese as an appetiser. My favourite was the watermelon with feta & pistachio the blend of flavours was perfect.
Delicious food. Don't go if you are in a rush but otherwise amazing. The watermelon salad is out of this world & the Greek salad is just like the one I had in Mykonos.

If you're looking for a good Greek restaurant in Montreal, stop looking: this is the one! The food is absolutely delicious, the hostess is lovely, the waiters & the manager are amazing too & the vibe is just perfect. We will definitely come back!
Great food & drinks. Lovely atmosphere. Service was a little too much in the beginning (trying to take full order before cocktails had come, etc) but they listened to feedback & slowed down afterwards. Food was great & came out hot & fresh.

I gave it a 5 cause it seems to have great potential. Finally a real greek salad in montreal. Kopanisti was very good as was their feta. Menu is very limited
Had an incredible meal & evening at Mati this past weekend. Super fresh, flavourful dishes (branzino is a must) paired with crisp Greek wine/amazing cocktails. Can't wait to go back!
Magnifique taverne grecque, plats délicieux & ambiance chaleureuse. Service de haute qualité, très bonnes recommendations de vins de Kim. Un nouveau restaurent du vieux port qui mérite d'être connu!
