Such a cute spot!
The mixed matcha soft serve with matcha brownie bites is rich & creamy, yet perfectly balanced.
I also tried the iced matcha latte so good.
& the star of the show? The yuzu tartalette. Absolutely phenomenal, fresh, light, & pure buttery goodness. 🍋

My go-to place for matcha drinks & snacks in Montreal so far.

I usually order their iced matcha latte with vanilla syrup. The drink is well balanced, not too sweet even with added syrup. The amount of ice is just what I'm looking for, not too much, especially since I drink quite fast.

I am most impressed by their service. Even with a lineup from the door, the staff move through the orders quickly. Furthermore, the service is always friendly from the people serving to the people handing off the drinks. Overall, the atmosphere is very welcoming here!

Tried the decaf, but it kept me up all night with an upset stomach & anxiety. The restroom being closed for customers was also a bummer. Not my best experience here, I'll pass next time. But hope other have a better luck!

Bel accueil en entrant depuis le comptoir des commandes.
Commandé un Hojicha latte, un scone matcha canneberge & un mochi au matcha.
Le tout était savoureux & équilibré (moins sucré qu'ailleurs).
Seul bémol: la porte qui grince fortement. Ça gâche l'ambiance!

Si j'adore le matcha ? Je réponds oui & ce petit endroit sur Mackay à quelques pas de l'Université Concordia sera satisfaire votre gourmandise. Il y a peu de place donc il n'y allez pas à plus de 4. En solitaire ou en compagnie, j'ai goûté au mochi au matcha, au scone matcha & canneberges & un latte hojicha.C'était très bon 😋 En plus, on vous accueille en Japonais 🇯🇵 ce qui donne un sentiment d'être pendant un instant d'être en île nippone.

Great place for matcha lovers. I usually order their iced matcha latte with no sugar & add two pumps of mango syrup, & it tastes amazing. It's refreshing & perfectly balanced. Their matcha ice cream is really good too, definitely worth trying if you like matcha.

This was definitely one of the top places I got to visit during my short Montreal work trip.
I almost just went to Tsujiri a block away because of the brand/ name recognition & it's closer to the hotel I was staying at, but I'm sooooo glad I gave this place a chance/try 🤩💛

Both of the days I came (yes, it was so good I had to return the next day lol) it was filled with people both dining in & grabbing things to go. The oat matcha latte I got was whisked to perfection (I wonder if it was the owner at the bar), & you could tell that the matcha was made with such care, precision, & craft 💚 The matcha scone that I got, however, kind of stole the show for me, lol. It had a perfect caramelized crunchy exterior, while the inside was moist, matcha forward, aromatic, & baked to perfection. I had to physically stop myself from not devouring the whole thing in one go, & I was sad that I wasn't able to get the scone again the next day 😮?💨

A (hopefully not so) hidden gem in the neighborhood, & I can't wait for my inevitable return to try more things in the future!

Matcha latté toujours à mon goût! Le mille-crêpe & le gâteau au fromage sont aussi très bons! Il y a cependant peu de places pour s'asseoir donc on ne peut pas toujours manger & boire sur place surtout avec le fort achalandage à certaines heures. Le service est néanmoins rapide & professionnel même s'il y a beaucoup de gens.

Matcha icecream is great. This place is a total ripoff of Tsjuri (menu & its layout looks identical). The matcha'cheesecake' is actually mousse & tastes like bitter lime-it was disappointing & not worth the 7$+ price due to its small size & taste

No words could even describe how much I love this spot. The matcha there is really REALLY good, as a japanese person I can guarantee that it's the best place to get any matcha desserts or drinks! The food is not too sweet at all, the ice cream is always soooo good, the price is a little high but pretty much expected for the quality of the matcha & the treats. Very friendly staff, very nice ambiance, sometimes a little crowded but it's fine. Good spot for matcha enjoyers or for people who never tasted matcha, I always recommend this place to everyone!!🩷❤?🧡
