Amazing matcha desserts! 🍵💚
We tried the matcha mille-crêpe, matcha roll cake, & matcha shiratama parfait. All three were so delicious, with a rich, authentic matcha flavor & just the right amount of sweetness.
The quality was so high that it's honestly hard to find matcha desserts this good even in Japan! 🇯🇵
We visited on a weekday after 3 p.m. & there was still a constant line, which made perfect sense after trying them! Highly recommended for true matcha lovers!🍵❤?

This is a scam, I ordered Matcha latte & they only filled the cup with half the matcha. It's quite pricey for half a matcha & it does not taste good, there is enough matcha powder, but not enough milk. Although the cakes look good, I do not recommend it.

Very good matcha flavor profile in their ice-cream. Had the Zanmai Signature Parfait but the portion was way too much for me, i was a fan of the matcha cake inside & the azuki, however the shiratama lacked a little of taste for me. Not a fan of jelly in general so the matcha jelly was not my favorite. However! If you like to try different texture it is a good pick. Very sad about the interior of the café, few seating available & the decor is well, lacking, & a lot of boxes everywhere. Be aware they do not have bathrooms. I would recommend taking a snack there & walking a bit to a nearby park or square to enjoy. Very enjoyable to have such great tasting Matcha available!

best matcha in town!!! 🍵😙🤤 we come back almost everyday for our matcha latte & dessert!! we might have tried all the desserts & cakes on display & our favourites are definitely the matcha parfait (zanmai signature), ichigo azuki mochi & matcha chocolate cake🫶 we loved their matcha bavarois too (japan week special!!)

they also have the loveliest staff & their space is so cozy & welcoming✨ unfortunately we are leaving montreal soon & won't be able to come daily anymore 😭 so we're trying to mass eat & drink all the sweet treats offered by them before we leave :(

if you're passing by definitely give this place a try!!! 😚

The place is small but everything looks really good. The matcha mochi is soft & really good as well as matcha soft ice cream & the Zinmai signature: azuki, matcha jelly, shiratama & matcha cake. The staff are all 😊 smiles.

I'm a regular at this place, the ice cream is delicious - big fan of the matcha ice cream with matcha cake (#17). I also highly recommend their mochi matcha, matcha cookies & chocolate matcha cookies with sea salt (trust me they are delicious).

The matcha latte is also amazing, just don't expect it to be extra sweet, if you have been drinking matcha for a while it will be great, if not I suggest to add a sweetener.

The service is also great, they are polite & friendly ☺?

Phenomenal ice cream & customer service, we visited about x4 within 2 days. The ice cream ACTUALLY tastes like matcha, The flavour of the matcha is strong, rich & earthy, not too sweet. The ice cream is smooth & just melts in your mouth, & the toppings…😩😩😩 I got the signature parfait everytime & the mochi, cake, jelly & red bean went together so well. The only thing is that seating is very limited & the location is very busy so beware, other than that we loved this place so much we would find every opportunity to hit it up during our short trip💚
