If you want food that tastes like Bengali food is mean to taste like, this is a must try!!
Amazing service! We ordered everything from the Rice Items (Tehari, Chicken Roast Polao, Kacchi, Grilled Chicken), fruit juices, dudh cha, & borhani!
Each of them were top tier! I would say this is the best Bangladeshi restaurant in Montreal! Beautiful authentic food!
Restaurant Review If you're looking for a place that excels in classic flavors, this restaurant is a hidden gem. The chicken roast is perfectly seasoned & cooked to perfection, with tender meat that practically melts in your mouth. The spices strike a beautiful balance-not too overpowering but just enough to make you crave more. Their polau rice is equally impressive. Fragrant, fluffy, & infused with delicate spices, it pairs wonderfully with the chicken roast, creating a comforting & satisfying meal. The ambiance is warm & welcoming, making it a great spot for family dining or casual get-togethers. The service is prompt, & the staff is attentive. Whether you're a fan of traditional dishes or trying them for the first time, this restaurant will not disappoint. Highly recommended for food lovers!
i tried my best polau roast in Montreal. its so good. like home❤️ highly recommended ❤️❤️
Good authentic homestyle made food in a Bangladeshi restaurant. Must try Polaw Roast & Mutton Kacchi.
we ordered roast polaw. food & as so tasty & price is also reasonable.
I ordered roast pulao, kachchi & tehari. Ordered around 6.45pm & went there to pick up at 8pm. Food was not ready. The lady at the cash said almost ready give me 10 mins. That 10 mins ended up being 45 mins. Long story short, they didn't prepare anything despite ordering an hour before. I also asked them to put the roast & pulao separately which they didn't do. They do not have any experience running a restaurant as they were giving out packs to someone which were prepared for someone else. Even they gave away kachchi to someone else which was packed for me. They had plastic chairs & tables with different color table clothes. Even the name on google has not been changed. It still says Marche Moon Star. It's sad to see this type of mismanagement. At least the food was tasty. Overall experience & service could be improved significantly.
Today visited this authentic Bengali restaurant with my family for lunch, & it was a fantastic experience. Their chicken biryani & roast polao were both delicious. For dessert, the kheer, made with coconut, was exceptional. The owner was very cordial & welcoming. I highly recommend this place!
Delicious food at a reasonable price. I loved their roast polao only @10 bucks.
The food is very good. The food tastes like home made. I ate there 4-5 times with my friends. Everytime the food was good & hot. Their Roast polao is very good. Recommended.
Their Pulao Roast is a masterpiece! One bite & I was transported back to Dhaka. The fragrant rice, the perfectly seasoned chicken-it's pure comfort on a plate. They serve authentic Bangladeshi food at prices you can't beat. Seriously, can you name a better Bangladeshi restaurant? I'll wait!
