The lemon one was honestly my favorite such a perfect balance of flavor. Service was excellent, fast, & super welcoming. Highly recommend
One of my favorite sushi places this restaurant is like no other. The chef is an artist
for the food we had different kinds of sushi including: tuna sashimi, salmon sashimi, avocado roles which were so good & creamy, California roles, tempura shrimp, my absolute favorite is the sunset which is rice salmon rowe & a quail yolk. if your coming here for dessert you came to the right place with there Molten chocolate lave cake.
For the service they were extremely welcoming & pleasant & you could tell they liked doing their job & for atmosphere is beautiful with high ceilings & such nice decorations
Hands down one of my favorite sushi restaurants! Might even be the best one in the West Island! The is always fresh & the place is always clean.
Simply the best… my favorite sushi spot in mtl. You have to take the following: 1- jardin de maiko 2- toro mousse 3- orchidée 4- all the rolls you want & you finish with Perles de maiko. Then send me your feedback :)
Really great sushi, very nice place, specialties are my favorites!!
The way Maiko continues to elevate the sushi & the culinary experience is remarkable. Not only is the seafood consistently top quality, Maiko has not compromised with the presentation of each dish with edible flowers, fruits, & sauces to delight the senses, unlike many of my favorite restaurants post C-19. All the appetizers on menu are amazing, & like a rookie, we always order too many. What I love about Maiko is that there are always new fabulous dishes added along with my favorites. Fusion that transcends & makes Japanese cuisine that much better. We make the trekk from TO regularly for the fabulous food, great vibes, & Maiko experience. This time we had a celebration & went all out with lycee mojitos to start, & Alaskan theme everything, including Alaskan crab salade, cakes, & rolls. They were out of this world. Then, we had to try a few new menu items like the raw oysters & bone marrow lobster. OMG! I can not even. Those that can not eat raw had the black cod, & it was grilled to such buttery perfection, we ate every last morsel of flakey yumminest.
This is definitely my favorite Japanese restaurant West Island. Most of the staff are very helpful & friendly. My favorite is Les perles. It's very sophisticated.
Favorite sushi in montreal. Amazing specialities. We've been going there since 2012. Been doing a lot of pickup especially since covid, this time Went with wife & the kids. Kids loved it Ordered all the classics we used to order: des sources, delices Maiko (favorite), grilled lobster & this time tried for first time the new grilled lobster : sublime. Always a pleasure to try their sushi
Delicious sushis & great service & atmosphere I absolutely recommend one of my favorite sushis on the island of Montreal
Our favorite Sushi place in all of Montreal for the past decade! Mrs. Maiko, her family & team nothing but the best 👌 Keep up the great work & the most amazing food!
This is my favorite restaurant in Montreal because the Japanese cuisine is simply unbeatable ✨ The atmosphere is welcoming & the incredible taste of the food makes every visit a memorable experience. Can't wait to come back for another amazing meal 🍣🍱
A favorite in the community lucky to have them close to home . Top quality & amazing service
Still one of my favorite sushi restaurants in MTL. Atmosphere great. Service a little slow tonight.
I am a regular at Maiko, despite being seated at 6pm on a Wednesday the service has been slow in between our orders & it hinders the flow of the dinner. It took 1.5 hrs to be served 2 dishes. This has happened on 3 occasions since January.
I don't recommend ordering the Foie gras maki Dish. It's 24$ for absolutely nothing special. It hurts the pocket.
Of course this is our favorite sushi spot. But I feel like this feedback is important.
My favorite sushi spot! You can't beat the freshness & the grilled menu is also, so delicious!
Maiko is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is always amazing. I took off one star because at last night's dinner, we ordered the Omakase for 2. It should have 4 services. We were given a big platter of maki & sashimi & then the bill. On the bill it said "evantail 2" which is the platter for 2. It wasn't what we ordered. It was delicious & we've ordered the platter before. But we really wanted to try the Omakase this time. Our reservation was on the late side 8:30pm & we can understand if they couldn't give us the omakase due to time constraints, but we were never told that. Or maybe the waiter just punched in our order wrong. I don't know. Food was still amazing, just a bummer because we didn't get what we ordered.
