On parle aussi de brunch du dimanche et d expériences qui valent le détour, ce qui en fait un incontournable de la région et une adresse à revisiter sans hésitation.

Great vegan options! The vegetable risotto & portobello burger are excellent, & you can add extra veggies to any dish. The fries are amazing - made with Russell red potatoes - definitely try the truffle version with their aioli dip! The dessert menu offers a great variety. The maple crème brûlée is absolutely divine, & there are some great wines to pair with your meal. Service was impeccable - they explained that the owners work directly with local producers, so ingredient freshness is guaranteed! A wonderful discovery if you're in the area! A must in Waterloo!
Quelle adresse pour bien manger. J'aime bcp madame fortin, la cuisine est toujours bonne mes préférés : tartares de boeuf, tartes champignons & les pattes du jour. Belle sélection de vin & service vraiment attentionné, une adresse à ne pas manquer ! En plus Kids friendly, on vient souvent avec notre fils de 4 ans & on se sent qu'il est lui aussi considère comme un client, j'adore!

Came here for dinner with 2 other families during a Bromont ski trip, we have 10 people but the restaurant took good care of us. Even got us a birthday cake for one of us whose birthday is coming up! Food was excellent, the atmosphere's great, & we really enjoyed the night. Thank you & we'll definitely come back again!
An absolute gem of an establishment! So welcoming, kind, & cozy...Sandra, our beautiful waitress, was beyond sweet & endearing...probably the kindest person in all of Canada! The food was amazing...eggs Benedict, western omelette, & the cowboy waffle were so so delicious...impeccably prepared & the presentation was top tier...we were so blessed to have found this spot...thank you so much!!!
My mother-in-law stumbled on good reviews on FB (& having lived in Foster/Knowlton for 89 years she was surprised after eating she had never heard about it from friends given they have been open for coming up to 3 years). I looked at the menu online & HOPED that with a varied but limited menu the food would be outstanding......it WAS. From the phone call to reserve the night before (& discovering afterward that I was speaking with Karin Fortin the owner), she confirmed what I saw online & suggested we wait till 7:30 with a big group coming in at 7pm. The calamari was not only tender (freshly battered onsite as Oliver our waiter made sure we knew & Karen confirmed this applied to everything), but the sauces & combination were divine & plenty of food for the birthday girl & us. The steak was very tender & the mushroom pie was creamy & not overpowering. The ambiance was active, full........but what is such a relief is NO SCREENS on the walls, nor was virtually any of the patrons there stuck in their phones. Music was in the background, there but not overpowering. At the end of the meal Karen Fortin came & introduced herself & we chatted. Everyone was so accommodating to us Ontarian anglophones making us feel even more welcome to return every time we come down to visit Birgit. Please keep it up!!!
Je suis arrivé là un samedi soir, la place était bondé Ça fait longtemps que j'ai pas bien mangé comme ça. & quoi dire de la musique WoW Ça vaut le détour.
There is not one single thing I could possibly say to express my gratitude & appreciation other than it is the perfect establishment in my opinion. Service,food quality, atmosphere & staff are 100 out of 100. Thank you for one of the best experiences in years. Do not pass up the chance to visit it. Thank you again.
