Meals at Mmm Fortin are an exciting event - thanks to a strong kitchen & friendly front of house. I love the cod served over risotto & have a hard time ordering anything else. But I do & I share & I always leave happy. Great array of choices for every palate. This place would do well anywhere & it's truly a pleasure to have it in the Lac Brome area.

Une belle découverte hier soir de passage à Waterloo!
Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par Chez Madame Fortin. Même si le menu est simple, chaque plat que nous avons choisi était tout simplement délicieux. Un grand bravo au chef & à toute l'équipe en cuisine, ainsi qu'à l'équipe de service (Catherine) pour leur excellent travail. Nous avons aussi remarqué qu'ils servent des déjeuners... il faudra absolument revenir essayer ça!
Le restaurant affichait complet à l'intérieur & il ne restait plus qu'une table sur la terrasse - nous étions bien contents d'avoir réservé!

Service impeccable & la nourriture était délicieuse! Nous avons pris l'entrée de calmars frits à deux & c'était une très belle portion pour deux personnes. Nous avons ensuite pris le tartare de thon en repas & le steak d'onglet & frites. On y retournera assurément!

Beau petit bistro avec un menu régulier & une ardoise qui change. La nourriture était super, le personnel efficace & très sympathique. L'ambiance chaleureuse & conviviale. Nous avons adoré notre soirée, nous y retournons assurément.

unbelievable quality of food. appetizers, main course, desserts all made by hand by the staff of Mme Fortin. & prices are affordable for the quality. cant say enough good things about this hide out in Waterloo, Quebec.

Nous sommes allés souper aujourd'hui avec des amis & l'expérience était fabuleuse. Ça faisait longtemps que j'avais pas bien mangé comme ça. Le repas était délicieux, le service attentionné & l'ambiance vraiment plaisante avec le chansonnier.
