Afficher toutband(10) music(5) dance(4) sound(4) wings(4) floor(3) attentive(3) nachos(3)Literally just left the Queen tribute. Food & service was okay. Thought we had a great table right by the band.....but no it was hellish. People decided there was a dance floor .....if you want a dance floor, take out some tables. We had people practically dances on our laps, moving our chairs out of the way. One member if our group had to move because people were elbowing her in the head. The manager looked at me like i had two heads when I complained to him. Apparently the priority is to cram as many people in as possible regardless of how miserable it makes the people assigned to table that is on the supposed dance floor. That's it for me, never again!!
Celebrated my sisters 50th there! We were almost 50 ppl & we had a blast! Service was great! Staff was SO nice! The atmosphere & bands were amazing!
DJ Brian was the best! The music was old school from 80's to 90's & rock! They played everything we asked for!
The food was very good! Fries, burgers, wings & pizza! The fries were so delicious! Will definitely go back!

We were a group of 4 for Saturday evening to enjoy an Eagles cover band. Our table was reserved for 7:30 & the show was to start at 8pm. It was our first time at this establishment. We arrived on time & were shown to our table. The venue was completely full. We met Wayne the owner at our table who stated that we would be in for a great evening. After walking away we waited over 15 minutes for a server to order our beer & another 15 to receive them. Luckily the band was late to arrive on stage. We ordered our food, 2 orders of chicken wings & 1 order of nachos. The band stepped up on stage & it was apparent that there was some issue with the sound. There was feedback with one of the member's acoustic guitar that had to be dealt with. Throughout the set, the'sound engineer' was fiddling around with the mix & ruined the show. The bass was so boomy & loud that it eclipsed the vocals. The guitars were not eq'd & when the lead guitarist played, we could only hear him faintly. The band musically were robbed of showing their true musicianship IMO due to awful sound management but it was evident they all are talented. The vocals are sweet & well harmonised albeit way too low in the mix. I felt for them as I have been in bands & know how a disaster sound wise can give a terrible impression. During all this, we had waited for our food well over 30 minutes. When it arrived, it was all cold & needless to say, biting down on cold nachos with hardened cheese & wings that are soft & not crispy was a real turn off. That order must have sat on the counter a long time. We left after the first set & felt robbed. The evening cost over 235$ with the ticket prices, beer with food. It is understandable that with such a large crowd, service diminishes; however, I must say that management needs to pick up their game & it is with this in mind that I honestly am reviewing that evening. Please use this as a constructive criticism so that some awareness on your part from a paying customer is revealed. I understand being overwhelmed &/or understaffed if indeed that is what happened so we will return in the near future to hopefully enjoy an evening with a positive experience. Jim Cuddy on May 24 would be great; however, with the owner mentioning at our table that it would be outside in a tent with over 1200 people is a pass due to last Saturday's experience.
