Came here on trivia night (happened to be in town) & getting to watch this as an outsider… What a community!! Gino is a boss. Love to judge an establishment by the quality of their bathroom… You may think this looks like a dive pub but it has the nicest women's bathroom of almost any bar I've been to. Food was 10/10, exactly what I wanted from this place. Is this what life in Dorval looks like??

I'm not even mad, just confused how someone like Joey ends up being a manager.

The attitude was off from the start
defensive, disrespectful, & weirdly emotional over nothing. Instead of handling things like a professional, it turned into watching a grown adult act like they were arguing in a group chat. No composure, no accountability, just ego doing all the talking.

The funny part is they probably think they handled it well. That's the level of awareness we're dealing with. A manager is supposed to calm situations down, not escalate them & then act like everyone else is the problem.

At some point you have to realize it's not'people being difficult' it's you. & if this is what passes for management there, that says a lot about the place.

Live bands are always at a professional level. Food is great. I had one of the best Caesar Salads of my life here!

They placed our reserved table next to walking fridge door. We froze all night. 90 min wait for our food order. After all that food was ok not more. Thankfully the band was good. Will not return.

Every night here feels a little different, in the best way. Sometimes there's a live band, other nights a DJ…

The service is always great, & it's the kind of place you can just show up without a plan. Good food, good vibes, every time!!
