via LibroThe quality of my dinner was really bad. I had the roasted cauliflower & it was so oily that I couldn't eat it. Our server was lovely & caring but so busy that she never came back to check us after our food arrived. We could see that she was doing her best though. There were 6 of us & we were mostly disappointed that we chose this restaurant for our friends birthday. Drinks (wine & cocktails) we never replenished & we had to wait 45 mins after dinner for our coffee.

via LibroServeurs sur leurs téléphones cellulaires. Services des assiettes sans poivre ou fromage. Complément du repas servi. Les serveurs parlent entre eux au lieu de donner du service. Par contre je dois dire que les bossboys étaient très très efficaces.

You could barely fit 3 plates & glasses on the table assigned to us as a party of 3 - really squashed in a half empty restaurant & on top of the people next to us. Also table not ready at 6:30 despite advance reservation

via LibroThe restaurant was so loud at 75% capacity. I couldn't hear my friend & we both had to scream at each other to have a conversation. We were disappointed there was no lunch menu at lunchtime.

via LibroC'est ma première fois au Lucille's à Pointe-Claire. Je connais bien ce restaurant qui est un de mes préférés. Accueil très chaleureux. La nourriture est excellente. Le restaurant est spacieux avec de très hauts plafonds. J'y retourne c'est sûr.
