Loved the food, however I had ordered the crème brûlée & after a while of waiting for it, we were told it was sold out already at 2:00 pm. Maybe from the night before? Would've loved to have it, but I still adore the restaurant!
J'ai été surpris par ma visite. Les dernières fois, je n'avais pas été impressionné, mais samedi vous avez regagné ma confiance. La nourriture & le service étaient impeccable. Notre groupe de 4 personnes a été enchanté, & nous avons pasé un bon moment. Merci.
Our waiter was amazing & so was the food. We had a great time & already have recommended Lucille's Fairview to others.
Ambiance: too much noise, tables too close, & uncomfortable chairs (we ended up at the bar). Service: the busboy didn't know the wifi password & he didn't bother finding it. It was as simple as asking a waiter. Our waiter took too long to get our order & later she left us hanging with the dessert menu so we got tired of waiting & we asked another waiter to take our dessert order. We were not in a rush & many clients had left by that time. More than 20 minutes to take an order for two desserts is quite long... On the other hand, the food was good & the tall waiter at bar (moustache & beard) was super nice!

We were a party of for 6pm , Fri Dec 01. The confirmation indicated we would have 2.5 hrs, bit at 1hr 50 min, we were informed the table was booked for 8pm, & that we had to leave. The server was pleasant, & we understood the restaurants desire to turn the table, however we were rushed to leave. No time for dessert or an after dinner coffee.

Unfortunately two of the items we ordered were not available. One was the pecan pie & the other was the white wine - Reif Estates, Reisling Reserve
It was our first time going to your restaurant. I was disappointed in the proximity to the next table. It almost felt like we were eating with them & when the lady at that table got up or down to use the washroom, she not only had to turn sideways to exit but at the same time, her bum had to slide along part of our table to get out & in. Uncomfortable visual for all of us. The food was beautifully presented however I found the steak to not be as tender as I normally eat. It was a NY strip & cooked perfectly. Also, I wish that we could have had a wine list on paper, like the regular menu. We had trouble using the qr code & we had to handle the server's phone in order to access it. Thank you for asking.

My Waitress her name was -Mas- She was amazing she was attentive,quick,helfull & so kind she's the reson why my wife & i go there.
Food was great. Had to ask to give us serving utensils like spoons to serve the appetizers , also too quick to remove the food or should ask if we are finished. Still enjoyed the evening . Will come back again thanks
We went for date night, made a reservation in advance, & yet still we were seated in the back of the restaurant near the restrooms. Our table was squeezed between two different parties, with barely enough room between tables to move to & from. Waiter's bottoms bumping into the edge of our table. We were practically seated on top of each other. In fact, in the middle of our meal, the waitstaff had to ask us to move our table in order to accommodate a new table being seated next to us to allow enough room for them to sit down. The tables were so close, half way through our meal, the table next to us started chatting with us.
Additionally, our waiter was very distracted, taking away our menus before we had ordered anything but drinks. If we hadn't already decided what we had wanted in advance, we would have had to request the menus again. We received our appetizers promptly, then proceeded to wait for what felt like ages for our entrees. We had to ask for dessert menus, & the bill, & to flag our waiter in order to pay. It was a disappointing experience given it was supposed to be a lovely meal, & despite having a reservation. I don't know why we were seated at one of the restaurant's worst tables when we had a reservation.
