Food was tasty, but pricey. But eh, I felt like splurging that night for dinner, so I knew what I was signing up for price wise. Full marks for service though. We reserved ahead of time, got there a bit early & got seated without issue. My fiancé & I weren't super keen about the table we were seated at, so we asked if we could get a cozier spot, & they reseated us, once again with no issue, which we super appreciated. My fiancé tried to urge them that our table was no biggy, but they found us a new table regardless that suited our preferences better. We also got free welcome cocktails since it was our first time there. So huge thumbs up for that. Took a little bit of time for them to finally take our order, but once our order was punched in, everything came out pretty promptly. Staff was super nice & accommodating. Joanie (I think was our waitress's name), bless her heart. She was so sweet. Glad to go back in the future :)
I recently enjoyed the surf & turf at Lucille's in Fairview Pointe-Claire, & it was a fantastic dining experience! The lobster roll was packed with fresh, succulent lobster, & the ribs were tender, falling right off the bone with a rich, smoky flavor. The combination of seafood & barbecue was divine, showcasing the kitchen's ability to balance complex flavors. The service was impeccable-attentive & efficient, making the dining experience smooth & enjoyable. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, making it a great place for a casual lunch or a special dinner. I highly recommend Lucille's to anyone in the Pointe-Claire area looking for a meal that's both delicious & memorable. It's definitely a place I look forward to visiting again!
Honestly I found this overpriced. They're connected to a mall but don't post prices online. Makes it hard to plan in advance. Staff is great! Super nice! Food is good.
So my second time to Lucille's in a few years . I decide to go try some of the oysters which were $1. Well I ordered 12 oysters which were ok nothing special but no one could tell me where they were from. I was there at around 4:30pm on a Tuesday pretty dead. I asked the supervisor manager lady & she didn't know only told me the premiums were from NB. I order 6 of the premium $21 . The guy that brought them didn't know where they were from but went back to ask & told me NB ( can't remember the name - Chapelle ?) . Not much of a size or taste difference to be perfectly honest & I eat a lot of oyster everywhere. I sat by the bar & felt like I was an afterthought maybe because I wasn't with large lucrative group? Anyhow $14 for a glass of Oyster bay Sauv Blanc which ok I'll say is the norm with prices these days . I would not recommend ordering premium oysters when they don't make much of a difference & cost $2.50 more . I'm reluctant to go back again when I visit Montreal.
We had a great family dinner because our server, Alek, made it special. He remembered my special drink, Gentleman Jack & Coke, & overheard that we were celebrating our daughter's birthday. Alek brought her a piece of cake with a candle. Everyone's food was delicious, portions are generous. Highly recommend it! Ask for Alek!

My friends & I tried Lucilles for brunch & it was perfect for a girls day. We ordered a bellini tray for drinks & it was super cute & well presented. For food, we went with the taco tower, burrata & sourdough, & the black angus beef tartare. Everything was great & the service was awesome as well
Everything on their menu is good. Our steak was extremely overcooked & we told the waitress but she apologized & did not offer anything( not even desserts or a replacement). Otherwise 5 star.
Alek just made our Lucille's experience the best we've had so far. We are Lucille's regulars & he has been the best server so far. We were 2 couples celebrating 2 birthdays & he made the night wonderful with his attention to detail, perfect service timing & great personality. The food ws also fantastic this evening! One of our go to restaurants in the city food is always very good & the service that we receive from nick the gm & Kristina plus everyone else is amazing!
The food was great. Had the lobster rolls & my partner had the steak frites with shrimp. The service was a little slow at first but we went on a Saturday night...I guess to be expected. The wait staff was very helpful & attentive. We had the 1$ oysters which were also good. The "by the glass" selection for the wine is quite limited, so we opted for a bottle. Now for the price: I think the lobster rolls were a little overpriced however the steak frites was decently priced. The steak was cooked to perfection! I was overall impressed with the quality of the food. Surpassed my expectations. I would definitely go again.
