La tartare de boeuf est excellente, les frites aussi, cependant la salade César était insipide, sèche & quelques feuilles étaient rouillées. Le service est lent, on a de la difficulté à joindre la serveuse mais elle était très courtoise. Le bruit est abrutissant, la musique beaucoup trop forte pour pouvoir soutenir une conversation sans hurler. Disons que c'est un excellent restaurant mais pas reposant & relaxant.
Amazing waiter(s) & VERY quick service. Food was delicious & amazing as usual - my steak was a little undercooked but they were very quick & gracious about cooking it up a little more for me (I'm pregnant & a little worried). Quickly becoming my go-to restaurant!

Nourriture à la hauteur de la réputation de l'endroit. Malheureusement, le service est inadéquat & l'endroit est beaucoup trop bruyant pour un restaurant, ce qui signifie une conversation difficile & une expérience perfectible...
We were really disappointed in our experience this time. We reserved to partake in the lobster festival festival. When we arrived on Friday 6 pm per our reservation for 7, we were told there were 14 left. Only to be told 10 minutes later , there were no more. There was so much staff on the floor , but most of them seemed lost & walking around aimlessly. Bucket brought to the table to keep our wine cold, but no ice in it. Some of the food was cold, french fries etc. Coffee at end of meal was also cold. Salad had no dressing on it I was really disappointed. this was my first outing in months as I was housebound due to a broken ankle. When we went earlier this year, our experience was excellent. You need to work on ensuring that the experience is wonderful with every visit,
Birthday celebration with my loved ones, had an amazing night at Lucille's ! ❤️😘🥂 & to beautiful Mas Mtaz made the night more enjoyable ❤️ ask to sit in her section.
Do not go if you are a large group! I booked them For a birthday dinner & on the phone I was told one price (two separate phone calls with two different people) & all 20 of us get there & the manager says it's a higher amount without taking the effort to verify with his employees. They weren't accommodating at all, wouldn't find a solution & basically said we were lying making all my guests pay over 100$ for a terrible group menu (calamari & chesseburgers). If you are going for the regular menu it's sooo much cheaper don't get scammed by the group menu. Our waitress gave an amazing service & was the only one really taking care of us through out the night!!

I expected more quality for the money. I don't mind paying, as long as the quality comes with it. 2 people, steak meal plus 2 drinks for 150.00 $, deserves a higher level of quality than what we got served, in my opinion.
Great food , service & ambiance. A huge bonus is that they make very good cocktails. I really recommend their margarita. I had the rib steak & my wife had the filet. Both were amazing. I don't usually like the taste of filet mignon but I tried my wife's & it was as if I was in Texas. Simply melts in your mouth. The side vegetables are also very good. They grill fennel. How cool is that? Dessert was great . People around me were fun / friendly. Totally the vibe I am looking for. Shout out to our waiter was Nick who gave us top notch service! They gave us new cutlery & napkins after the appetizer. Very nice touch. Our water kept being filled. I see come reviews saying that it's pricey. I find it very comparable to other restaurants that don't out the same superb quality. Honestly, very impressed but I like quality & am not opposed to paying a high bill if it's worth it. . I can't wait to go back
Wow is the word that comes to my mind when I am reflecting on our dining experience at Lucille's. The service was amazing, the food was out of this world & the ambiance was alive what could you ask for more? Pro-tip, ask for Lindsay & trust all her recommendations when it comes to food if this is your first visit or simply don't want to waste time reading the menu. The only thing that I must mention is the noise level but I am not deducting a star for that as it was our surrounding noises from other tables, some people forgot the indoor voices.
They requested a review on line.So here it is. I was disappointed that the Lobster promo that i recieved in an email was sold out at 7pm. So I had Lobster Rolls which I had many times b4. They are our favorites but this time they were nothing special.

Unfortunately they were out of the grilled lobster special which was the reason we went there so to mitigate our disappointment the manager very graciously offered us coffee & a dessert of our choice which we thought was a very nice gesture, , we had been offered this once at the Four Seasons hotel under the same circumstances & never forgot it . Thank you.
we ordered the lobster rolls which were really good & had a lot of meat - which as any lobster fan knows is the key to success!! the fries were perfect as was the dipping sauce! But my son ordered the salmon which he didn't love & was quite small for the money. Our server was lovely & i liked being seated at the front of the resto (instead of the back) because it isn't as loud. Would definitely go back.

This place made my day or my night I would say! Food was amazing, service was amazing & even my kids loved it! I would highly recommend this place for a gourmet seafood lover feast!
Our waiter, Alek, was outstanding. Gave us personalized service, pleasant & quite attentive. This was at Lucille's in Pointe Claire. The supportive staff were also amazing: i dropped my napkin & within 15 seconds it was picked up & i received a new one. Finished plates were removed promptly. The attention to detail was amazing. Highly impressed
