Food was really good but ‘small' portions & not in line with pricing. I know it was New Year's Eve, but..
Ambiance was lively but we were at the back wall crammed in with everyone. We had elbow room.. but, meh..
The server was great, he did a really good job.
The menu was somewhat ‘narrow' & pricey. When I asked about some dishes, I was told, oh we don't have that here, only Laval & substitutions were frowned upon except the sweet potato fries at 5$.. yes, they were very good. My wife asked for a glass of red wine. 15$ for ‘maybe' 2 inches of wine in her glass..really?🤨.. I know it was New Year's Eve, but come on..
We may return in the future, maybe another location, however, not anytime soon.

Went for Sunday lunch & was not shown the weekend brunch menu with tower options had to ask for it.
No fault to our waiter however general level of service wasn't great compared to other visits. Other patrons food & drinks were sent to our table twice in error, kitchen gave us no time between appetizers & main course.
Meal was still great. Would still go back.

Service was efficient courteous & attentive. Food was exactly as ordered & very tasty. Had the Caesar salad & filet mignon.
Our experience started off rather unpleasant with a very unfriendly hostess, but the food was amazing & the server was good so it made the experience overall pleasant.
Had a lovely meal with my son for my birthday. Excellent service & very good food although the ribs weren't out favourite they were still good.
Très déçu par la quantité dans l'assiette, petit filet de saumon avec salade seulement, il faut payer un extra pour accompagner le plat! Vraiment trop cher ! Cadeau de Noël de nos enfants , nous y retournerons pas . Facture de 185.$

Baptiste our waiter was excellent. He went above & beyond. The folks running around clearing up the tables were very efficient & friendly as well. This was our first time at this location. We will definitely go back!
I had the lobster roll & 1/2 rack of ribs. The ribs were not hat. They were Lukewarm. Otherwise, the overall experience was very nice. I would come back again.
Service was exceptional. Our server was professional, kind & attentive. We found the music very loud so had to raise our voices to speak to each other. ( we were 4).
First time to Lucille's for me. What a great restaurant & bar. We had oysters & steak & great wine. Super all of it! We were handled by Matthew very professionally & with charm. Thanks 🙏
Service from Kristina was amazing unfortunately my steak was no where near up to the normal standard that Lucilles offers
Your staff is very attentive, our dishes were cleared from out table very quickly.
The food was great & the restaurant is beautiful. From arrival service was very poor- we did not actually know who are waiter was until main course arrived- received the wine bottle we ordered after we were done eating & had to decline it. We wanted to get more cocktails, have wine & would have spent more money but no one ever came.
Everything was great, though we were celebrating my husband's birthday & I was disappointed that they do not provide a birthday dessert of any sort for birthdays, even a small dessert would have been appreciated.
I go to Lucille's specifically for oysters, since there isn't many places you can go for them. I got there & waited for the rest of my party, by the time they got there we waited 15 minutes to be served & be taken our orders. Because of the time limit put on our table this gave me a lot of stress. When we got our food my oysters never came & when I asked the waitress & just told her to cancel them (since I wouldn't finish them at that point & can't take 18 oysters home) she sighed & walked away with an attitude. As someone who works in service I am not one to complain & understand that when you're stressed it's hard to filter a reaction, but some kind of compensation would have been great. Not even an apology or anything to help me enjoy my experience at the restaurant which should be the manager's main priority. I was still polite & left a good tip, I understand but I am disappointed with my experience.
