I don't usually leave reviews, but I walked in a skeptic & left a believer. Wow! The place is huge, so I had my doubts about execution, but they were blown away. The filet mignon....Incredible, tender & cooked to perfection. The beef carpaccio... One of the best I've ever had. & let me tell you about the service, our waitress Cassia, & Nick, the manager, treated us like family. I strongly recommend this spot!
I took out an order for over $180. I ordered the grilled lobster tails which came with a green salad. The menu stated that mine was supposed to come with garlic butter, but there was none in my order. The lobster tails tasted like they dumped a whole salt shaker on them. The salad was the kind that you get in a large container in the grocery store. There was absolutely nothing in the salad except leaves, & the tips of some lettuce pieces were brown & rotting. I just feel that for the amount of money that they charge, they should at least put in a little effort & put some other vegetables in the salad & make sure that it's fresh, & include garlic butter when it's mentioned in the menu. They don't even give you a side potato or anything. I had to cook my own side dish at home after spending all that. It's just a complete rip off in my opinion. People just go there because the name is catchy & they think that it's somehow "trendy". To me, the way that they present themselves is to grab the money, & provide you with the bare minimum. They don't do anything to show that the food is special, or was made with effort, it's just a cash grab. The calamari is better at the Keg. The lobster roll filling was hot packed in with the buns separate. Lobster roll filling is supposed to cold, not hot. The ribs in the surf n turf were nothing special, you can get much better ribs at Baton Rouge. This is the second time that I have dined at Lucille's, & both locations were forgettable, definitely not memorable. I remember when things are good, or outstanding, & this was not it.
Fantastic experience, our waitress (forgive me, i forgot her name) was outstanding, she was really attentive, knew the menu well, had impeccable timing (kept an eye on things from afar). The food was tremendous (the Kentucky style chicken was superb & the Tuna niçoise was fabulous). Lucille's red beer was a highlight for us. I'd recommend you avoid the cocktails, none were particularly tasty but everything else was lovely, will definitely go back.
Came for dinner & once again everything was great!! Our server Ellona was amazing!! She definitely made sure everyone was well taken care of & was happy with everything. Would highly recommend the grilled octopus & lamb chops.

Came for dinner late at night & the service was impeccable, food came out really quick, unbelievable, & everything was amazing. The waitress Ellona was super sweet & friendly, would absolutely recommend to ask for her if you go for dinner there! Absolutely amazing! Thank you
Our waiter Nic was amazing. He smiled, looked happy, knew his job inside out & the food was EXCELLENT. Great value for the price. TOP 5 on my list of Montreal restaurants.
We had the most amazing service from Ellona! Super quick with the service & super sweet & enthusiastic. The food came quickly & was so good!! Definitely coming back & asking for Ellona

Seconde visite chez Lucille's & cette fois j'ai beaucoup plus apprécié mon repas. Le ribsteak était assaisonné à la perfection & la cuisson était impeccable! Ma seule déception, il devrait y avoir 2 choix inclus avec la viande, pas seulement un... Une simple salade verte, ou des frites? La salade devrait être toute garnie & on devrait avoir le choix entre frites, pomme de terre au four ou purée &/ou légumes du jour.
Nous avons été servie par 2 belles jeunes filles! Victoria, & Anne je peux dire que c'était la plus belle soirée. C'était notre première fois mon fiancé & moi & nous sommes tellement heureux du beau service 5 étoiles qu'on a eu! Je suis impatiente d'y retourner & manger encore dans votre restaurant! La cuisine était merveilleuse, l'ambiance aucune faute, service 5 étoiles!!!! J'ai rien à redire à part tout était parfait! & merci à Victoria pour avoir aider aussi!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Merci & à bientôt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
