Display Allsteak(153) recommend(85) drink(85) oyster(80) lobster(75) seafood(56) dessert(55) salad(53) roll(52) attentive(50) lobster roll(49) quality(44)The food was great. Had the lobster rolls & my partner had the steak frites with shrimp. The service was a little slow at first but we went on a Saturday night...I guess to be expected. The wait staff was very helpful & attentive. We had the 1$ oysters which were also good. The "by the glass" selection for the wine is quite limited, so we opted for a bottle. Now for the price: I think the lobster rolls were a little overpriced however the steak frites was decently priced. The steak was cooked to perfection! I was overall impressed with the quality of the food. Surpassed my expectations. I would definitely go again.
Very over rated. Menu is fine. They should definitely work on certain sides. Fries with surf & turf is a no for me. Especially for the price you pay. Octopus was very greasy. Atmosphere is very loud. Service was good. But I do not know how they justify the prices compared to the quality of food you get. It was a quite disappointing experience. Not sure if I would go back.
I must say I've had mixed experiences at this restaurant. When they opened all the dishes from starters to mains were great. This last trip which was a Monday eve was quite lack luster in the food département aside from the raw bar. The oysters were fresh & really great. We had the 1$ & the premium. Spot on as always. The calamari rings were weirdly very large, no little squiggles & tasted very processed. The waiter stated they changed suppliers but couldn't comment or wouldn't comment on the quality. In the past they were very enjoyable & fresh to eat. We also ordered lobster tails which were stuck int the shells half way & overcooked. When mentioning all of this no effort or discount was made. In the past we've ordered all this before to be spot on & delicious. Sad to see the decline & maybe Monday night is not the time to go but for the price the meals should be consistent no matter what day or time you go.
Family Saturday Night! You must reserve even for the bar seating. Staff service is friendly, quick & respectful. Very noisy, if you want a quiet place it is not for you! The bar tender could have done a better job for the Bloody Cesar mix ratios. The food quality is impeccable though. Rich menu with plenty of choices. Prices are high yet reflect the elegance. You will be surprised with their Salade Lucille.
We are elderly folks...late 80's! We found the sound level a little overwhelming,BUT, we had a great time. The young men & women who served us were all exceptionally courteous, & the quality of the food was marvellous Thank you..
Lucille is a great West Island restaurant. Quality of the food great. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable & helpful.
Great service, unfortunately food quality(Kansas steak superficially) wasn't what we've come to expect from Lucilles in the past. Again, service was great!
Had a wonderful time with the family. Seafood is perfect, & the meat is in high quality.
We really liked the ambiance, service & location. We were disappointed with the quantity of fish for the price of the plate, especially the salmon. We also thought both fish plates were slightly undercooked but maybe it was meant to be cooked that way. I put 4 stars for the quality of food but I would of put less stars for my plate satisfaction although the quality of the food was good. It was a good experience overall but I don`t think I will be going back for another date night. Thank you
Quantity & quality of food (lobster rolls) has decreased yet prices substantially increased, drink & food order were delayed due to mix ups, dessert (pecan pie) overpriced & unedible (where was the filling?). Waitress tried to helpful as possible.
I asked for well-done steak but got bloody steak. Did not eat. It's a shame because the quality of the steak was there. Chef should follow customer's request even if it's not suggested to cook steak well-done. Paid $300 & left hungry.
Over priced for the quality of food. Tuna tartare is better at the keg.
The quality of my dinner was really bad. I had the roasted cauliflower & it was so oily that I couldn't eat it. Our server was lovely & caring but so busy that she never came back to check us after our food arrived. We could see that she was doing her best though. There were 6 of us & we were mostly disappointed that we chose this restaurant for our friends birthday. Drinks (wine & cocktails) we never replenished & we had to wait 45 mins after dinner for our coffee.
I'm giving our experience 3 stars because your food was very tasty. Overpriced but tasty. Our experience was not so great. Uppon arrival we stood by the door for awhile just to be seated. Some confusion about where our table should be. While 4 teenage ladies were staring at the screen we just stood there wondering what's going on. Reservation was made a week ago & confirmed. They knew we were coming. Service was very slow. Also, it was a special occasion. My daughter's birthday. I spent 10 minutes on the phone with someone about it. She assured me that if my daughter orders a dessert the waitress will know to put a candle on it & some flowers. Yeahhh. That never happened. We ordered the key lime pie. No candle. So there goes that special touch. When I leave 350 dollars on the table; I do expect quality. Not sure I'm running back there.
Very nice waitress & nice bar setting - but the food service was very slow. The food quality is quite average for the price point.
Excellent food, Excellent service from Carla.
Keep the standard & quality always
