This was my first time at Hot Pot & I was fortunate to have Yi Yi as my server. Their exceptional service truly elevated my dining experience. From the moment I was seated, Yi Yi greeted me with a warm smile & made me feel incredibly welcome. Their attentiveness throughout the meal was impeccable. She was knowledgeable about the menu & offered excellent recommendations that perfectly suited my tastes.

Super belle expérience chez Liuyishou Hotpot! Les choix sont définitivement beaucoup qu'on se sentait un peu perdu dans le menu, mais heureusement notre serveur Tao était très disponible & patient à répondre à nos questions. Toutes les recommandations de Tao ont été délicieuses. Je conseille à tous ceux qui veulent essayer le hotpot authentique de venir à Liuyishou!

Had a great night with my friends, was a fun place to celebrate my birthday, lots of laughs & good times! Yiyi our waitress was super helpful in recommending things to order. She also took great care with the allergies in our group!! & even gave me a birthday gift! Thank you Yiyi for a great night!

Absolutely outstanding experience at this hot pot haven! From the moment we stepped in, Tracy, our server, went above & beyond to ensure we had a fantastic meal. Her attentiveness & knowledge of the menu made our dining experience truly exceptional. Not only was the food delicious, but the manager, Lee, demonstrated genuine care & attention to detail, especially in accommodating my sister's celiac allergy. Lee took the time to ensure that her dietary restrictions were carefully considered, allowing us all to enjoy our meal worry-free. The ambiance was cozy & inviting, perfect for a gathering with friends or family. Cleanliness & hygiene were top-notch, which is always reassuring, especially in today's climate. Overall, this establishment deserves every bit of its five-star rating. Tracy & Lee's exceptional service & the delectable hot pot offerings make this place a must-visit. We can't wait to come back for another memorable dining experience!

Nourriture délicieuse & diversifiée. Cependant, le jour où je suis allé manger, le crabe & les crevettes n'étaient pas très frais, peut-être que nous n'avons tout simplement pas eu de chance ce jour-là. Il faut essayer la gelée dessert, c'est super. Service très rapide & personnel sympathique, nous reviendrons certainement. Je mettrai à jour les photos plus tard car la première fois que j'y suis allé, je me suis concentré uniquement sur la nourriture 😂

Super endroit pour la fondue chinoise. Le bouillon laksa est délicieux & savoureux! Énormément de choix de protéines & légumes dans la formule « all you can eat », belle qualité de produits également. Il y a aussi des nouilles, des dumplings, boulettes & tofu dans les choix. Bar à sauces, salades & desserts. Il y a un choix de table avec bouillons individuels ou avec des plus grands bouillons avec séparateurs. À noter que le temps pour manger est de deux heures. Seul bémol: presque toutes les interactions se font en anglais, plus de français serait apprécié! Excellent rapport qualité & quantité/prix, à essayer si vous aimez les mets asiatiques!

Loved it so much! Came here as a celebration for the last day of my uni drawing class. Everything was delicious & the service was quick & easy. The servers even made a drink we ordered free, so that was very sweet.

We waited a lot for our orders. The servers kept forgetting about our food. The Toronto branch has more choices... It was a bit expensive for what we experienced & all the waiting time between the services
