Great food + excellent service
Came to Liuyishou Fondue Hotpot in Montreal & had a really good experience. The hotpot was delicious, & the service honestly made it even better. Our server Bohao was super nice, attentive, & professional the whole time. He checked in at the right moments, explained things clearly, & made sure everything was smooth & enjoyable.
Definitely recommend, I'll be coming back!

The food here is delicious & very authentic. Everything was fresh & flavorful. Our waiter, Bohao, was especially attentive & friendly. He made the experience even better with his great service. Highly recommend Liu Yishou Hot Pot for a wonderful dining experience!

It was a great hot pot place! The broth was excellent & the service was awesome. Our server Vixi was very attentive & helpful! The price is well worth what we got, the meat & veggies are fresh & of good quality. Their watermelon juice is to die for on a hot summer day.

Haven't been here in a while, but decided to come back & I'm glad I did!
They've added more to the mini buffet, which was a nice surprise. The food was great, probably the best hot pot in montreal. The service is also A1 no complaints at all.
A special shoutout to our waitress, Vixi. She was sweet, attentive, & very welcoming.

Yesterday was our second time & it was better than the first. They've got an ice cream machine now that serves soft serve ice cream. This place is popular so waiting is sometimes inevitable but they have incentives for people who wait. If you wait for this much time you get two free sodas, that much time you get another freebie & if I remember correctly if you wait over an hour you get a certain percentage off of your bill. Good promos overall, I got two for one Tsingtao. The food is fresh & clean, zero complaints. The sauces at the sauce bar were fresh (other hot pot places look like they haven't replaced the sauces in days) & the bar itself was clean. Our waiter, Z, was an absolute pleasure. He's so attentive & accessible. Never left us hanging for help. Solid dude! This is my go to for hot pot from now on.

Fresh, quality food & a great experience. Spotlessly clean & very spacious. There are a LOT of choices so your best bet is to take a peek at the menu right when you sit down to figure out your optimal hot-potting strategy. Service is attentive; great & you don't feel rushed. Ice cream dessert is REALLY good (the cone is one of the best I've ever had). Have already been back a second time this week - highly recommend!

Everytime I am greeted by Bohao, I know I will have a great evening. Bohao is very friendly & attentive to customers' needs. He checks on me every now & then to make sure everything is okay, if I have enough food & if I need anything. He is always so polite with a smile. His service really makes my whole culinary experience so much more pleasant. Thank you Bohao!

If I could give our server Yiyi 10 stars I would, she made this the best experience for me & my family who are new to hotpot. She was so helpful & attentive & sweet, even running out after us to give us a little gift. She was the best!!! If you visit this location, I hope Yiyi is your serve

I had a fantastic experience at Liu Yi Shu. The ambiance was cozy, service was attentive, & the food was delicious with a great variety to choose from. Definitely recommend trying their Golden Bricks. Will be visiting again soon. Jenny is the best we keep coming back, she's the best!

What a wonderful evening. Got there pretty late,maybe around 8.45pm. Last call was at 10pm but we had ample time to order 2-3 times. Items were good, broths were delicious. We were 2 so went with one spicy tomatoe beef broth & a radish broth which was amazing. They had these special drink. The Soju melon drink was great! Food came out quickly. They had an appetizer & a pick your own sauces little station which was nice to go to before the food came out. Our waiter Daniel was AMAZING! So attentive & polite & happy! He as well as the other waited made the experience really good. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff was so very friendly. We will definitely be back!

Had a great time at Liuyishou last night! On a crowded night, we waited max 20 minutes, & were treated very well by our servers. Vivian was especially attentive to our needs & gave swift & efficient, friendly service! Food was delicious, thanks for the great night!

This was my first time at Hot Pot & I was fortunate to have Yi Yi as my server. Their exceptional service truly elevated my dining experience. From the moment I was seated, Yi Yi greeted me with a warm smile & made me feel incredibly welcome. Their attentiveness throughout the meal was impeccable. She was knowledgeable about the menu & offered excellent recommendations that perfectly suited my tastes.

Absolutely outstanding experience at this hot pot haven! From the moment we stepped in, Tracy, our server, went above & beyond to ensure we had a fantastic meal. Her attentiveness & knowledge of the menu made our dining experience truly exceptional. Not only was the food delicious, but the manager, Lee, demonstrated genuine care & attention to detail, especially in accommodating my sister's celiac allergy. Lee took the time to ensure that her dietary restrictions were carefully considered, allowing us all to enjoy our meal worry-free. The ambiance was cozy & inviting, perfect for a gathering with friends or family. Cleanliness & hygiene were top-notch, which is always reassuring, especially in today's climate. Overall, this establishment deserves every bit of its five-star rating. Tracy & Lee's exceptional service & the delectable hot pot offerings make this place a must-visit. We can't wait to come back for another memorable dining experience!
