We admit that we chose this restaurant because it was one of the few that were open on Jan 5th on Wellington, but we were 100% super happy with our choice! The food was super flavourful. Salads popped with fresh Cambodian herb choices & great veggie prep. The more savoury dishes were rich & luxurious in texture. It's on our "go-to" list from now on!
We enjoyed our first visit & want to come back to try more delicious & flavourful dishes!! I would recommend the SAUTEED GREENS, STUFFED CHICKEN WINGS, WASABI SHRIMP CEVICHE, FRIED PAPAYA SALAD. We had the YUZU SNOOZE YUZU LOSE & PEARL NECKLACE drinks; delicious & refreshing :) The Crème Brûlée for dessert was amazing!! Thank you!
This was an amazing experience! The food take on South East Asian yummies was incredible. Beers were ok, but the cocktails were where it is at. A fun atmosphere too. Tapas style, & no rush to eat quick & get out.
so so good & unique! Cannot wait to return. Everyone was so kind. The food is sharable & was paced pretty well. We were never rushed. We got to try so many unusual foods. Highly recommend!
On vient découvert the Street Monkeys par des amies & nous avons beaucoup aimé ce restaurant.
Le service est impeccable , l'ambiance est agréable & très chaleureuse.
Nous avons essayé presque tous les tapas & the Street Monkeys ne nous decoits jamais.

Always a solid meal, love this place. my only critics this time were: 1) the steak used to be different/sliced super thin (please bring this back it was so good! current steak in larger chunks is ok, but not as good :)) 2) desserts were just ok, flambee banana + ice cream is always a winner. The service was good but a bit slow at the end, we were ready to pay for 20 minutes before anyone noticed - i realize it was closing on a sunday... otherwise, fantastic as always, i am really just mentioning small picky things - will def be back
