Nous avons été très bien accueilli pour le brunch, un dimanche midi. Le café était excellent & il y avait une belle ambiance avec une chanteuse «live». La nourriture était excellente, notre serveur nous avait recommandé quelques plats à partager. L''endroit est très bien situé, à quelques minutes de la montagne & facilement accessible par l'autoroute. Nous avons déjà hâte d'y retourner.

Trendy atmosphere & open kitchen concept. Fairly packed on a Saturday night. Food was good, my chicken a little dry otherwise great. Service took FOREVER. Expect to a dinner for 3 with apps & entree no dessert to be 2 hours UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO MGMT: the wait between apps & entree was the issue given the apps came out within 10 minutes of ordering. Our entree was beet salad, chicken tacos, & a medium hanger steak which should not take & additional 50 minutes after we finished our apps to arrive. we were 100% polite & courteous till we kept being told our food was coming. I then explained we cannot wait any longer & have a long drive in front of us & if any longer, we will have to leave. We were then told our steak had to still rest for a few minutes, which means it must have been fired only 10 minutes at most prior. If the kitchen is running behind that's fine, but set those expectations & don't gas light the customer for feeling unhappy with the wait.

Très belle expérience pour un brunch de fin de semaine. Une bonne ambiance avec chanteuse & musique. La nourriture était aussi bien présentée & délicieuse. & que dire du service!! Je recommande grandement que ce soit pour un repas entre amis ou avec la famille

Le Roux est un véritable bijou à Bromont ! Une grande sélection de vin aux verres, des plats bien faits, l'ambiance était chaleureuse, nous avons passer une soirée magnifique !

This place has it all! Great service, great food, great hospitality! The wine card from Le Roux is just amazing, their choice is magnificient & if you want a few bottles for home, their shop in front is awesome for that. The view & terasse in the summer is amazing! Feel like having fun after ski or on a Friday or Saturday, the ambiance & staff will greet you & serve you as if they've known you for years! The menu is great for sharing & trying different things & all the cocktails & wine are intricately woven to enhance the experience. Le Roux is the go to place when I'm in the area!

All very good... Atmosphere is great too but score 4 because the music was very loud & screaming. But if you like it this was, you won't be disappointed :-)

Magnifique endroit à découvrir! Le menu est différent, les portions sont généreuses, l'ambiance est unique & le décor est charmant.

Accueil impeccable avec un sourire La serveuse connaît bien son menu, les vins & les cocktails. Très bon conseil. Nourriture & produits du terroir dans nos assiettes (tellement bon). Que ce soit un souper en amoureux, entre amis ou petit party de bureau, ce resto est à découvrir.
