Le Roux in Bromont offers exceptional food, & drinks. The burrata with peaches, tomatoes & pecans, sparks a palette party. I would highly recommend. After having spent a few years in the UK, black pudding had grown to be a favourite. JB has done an exceptional job at raising the bar in North America, for a black pudding dish, I would keep coming back for, hands down. With an amazing atmosphere & service to boot, I'll definitely be back.

Bon restaurant, la carte des vins & des boissons est impressionnante. Nous avons également bien mangé, le menu est assez classique, mais bien réalisé. Je recommande toutefois chaudement les choux de Bruxelles.
