Solide! Les meilleures côtes levés que j'ai mangé. D'habitude je ne commande jamais un demi rack car j'ai une bonne fourchette. Cependant au rio les côtes levés sont immense & délicieuse & c'était amplement. Même les frites étaient probablement les meilleures que j'ai mangé au restaurant, un bon goût de frites 100% maison je recommande fortement & j'y retournerai

Tout est très bon & maison, il manque par contre un petit quelque chose pour démarquer les plats & leur donner la toute finale & magique manquante. Le service est impeccable. Nous avons passé une belle soirée

I cant believe I have not reviewed this place before. This is a Gem of Sainte Sauveur.
I have been going to this place for almost 2 decades & as long as ive been cottaging in the sainte sauveur & tremblant area. The first time I tried it my cottage was over an hour away & it was worth every min.
The ribs are fantastic. I have lots of confidence in the rest of the food but I personally always get a full rack.
The staff are also absolutely wonderful.
Even today they made a point of reminding me that calling in my order would have saved me some money vs placing it online.
I highly highly recommend. It is worth the trip.

Que du bonheur à vivre, à goûter, à voir, à entendre. Tout fut une expérience fantastique. Serveuse adorable. Nourriture rapport qualité/prix: bien correct. Musique bien choisie avec le genre de cuisine.
On a marché tout St-Sauveur pour se rendre à vous .... on le fera encore.

The food was really not good & we tried a lots of different things. The ribs, Dore & shrimp were maximum ok. The mocktails were also not good, way to sour for what these are usually. The brownie as a dessert was the best of the whole evening 😅 so I would rate it on a foodscale as pub food, that usually focuses on drinks but also served food, but it's nothing compared to really good restaurants that you can find in St Sauveur & this is why I can't fully understand the 4.4 stars rating. Sorry 🙁

Nous y sommes allés par hasard, cherchant un resto de'viandard'. Nous avons trouvé un super accueil & un super service. Je vous recommande les côtes levé : un vrai régal avec des frites excellentes. Bref, un excellent moment. A refaire !!

Repas assez ordinaire pour le prix & en plus durant le café il mon donner ma facture pour je parte au plus vite , pourtant le resto étais vide. Il étais que 20h . Très déçu

Moi & ma conjointe avions été au Rio un samedi soir un peu pluvieux alors il n'y avais pas beaucoup de gens, mais le repas étais très bon, nous avons prit les cotes levée & le burger avec sauce cote levée & j'ai trouver le tout excellent. Je recommande

Meilleure place pour satisfaire un goût de côté levé, excellent service. Nous avons vraiment bien aimé l'emplacement. Superbe terrasse. La sangria est aussi une belle option pour l'apéro. Un cinq étoiles dans le coin pour un repas'casual' & agréable.

We visit this restaurant annually. We live in the Ottawa region & every year, they never cease to amaze us. We always have the ribs & every time they have been great & the service has always been amazing. That is why we return every year. It's clear that the owners takes pride in the food & services they offer. We will be back!

We are 2 seniors that dine together often, & we split our meals because we do not eat the same amount of food as in our prior years. This allows us to try many restaurants in the St Sauveur area.
We went to Rio to try the ribs on Sunday night. There was only one other table occupied.
Sophie was a very pleasant server, & very polite. We explained to her that we would be splitting a rib meal together. She said it's not normally allowed, but for this night she would accommodate us.
The ribs were excellent, but thrown on top of the French fries, & there was a minuscule amount of coleslaw. For the fact alone, that we are not allowed to share a future plate, we will not be going back. St Sauveur is loaded with senior people, & trust me, we are your marketing agents!
