Had a great dinner experience with family - group of 10 ; square table set up allowed easy conversation - we loved our dishes, especially the filet mignon, local fish & amazing ribs .Service was excellent, too.
Highly recommend the escargot, as well. Requested without cheese
We'll definitely be dining here again.
Nous nous sommes retrouvés au Rio car c'est le seul restaurant qui pouvait nous recevoir sans réservation.
L'accueil & le service ont été au top.

Solide! Les meilleures côtes levés que j'ai mangé. D'habitude je ne commande jamais un demi rack car j'ai une bonne fourchette. Cependant au rio les côtes levés sont immense & délicieuse & c'était amplement. Même les frites étaient probablement les meilleures que j'ai mangé au restaurant, un bon goût de frites 100% maison je recommande fortement & j'y retournerai
I cant believe I have not reviewed this place before. This is a Gem of Sainte Sauveur.
I have been going to this place for almost 2 decades & as long as ive been cottaging in the sainte sauveur & tremblant area. The first time I tried it my cottage was over an hour away & it was worth every min.
The ribs are fantastic. I have lots of confidence in the rest of the food but I personally always get a full rack.
The staff are also absolutely wonderful.
Even today they made a point of reminding me that calling in my order would have saved me some money vs placing it online.
I highly highly recommend. It is worth the trip.
Nous y sommes allés par hasard, cherchant un resto de'viandard'. Nous avons trouvé un super accueil & un super service. Je vous recommande les côtes levé : un vrai régal avec des frites excellentes. Bref, un excellent moment. A refaire !!

Moi & ma conjointe avions été au Rio un samedi soir un peu pluvieux alors il n'y avais pas beaucoup de gens, mais le repas étais très bon, nous avons prit les cotes levée & le burger avec sauce cote levée & j'ai trouver le tout excellent. Je recommande

Tonight my wife & I tried this restaurant for the first time. We loved the ambiance, the food was tasty & plentiful & most of all the service was 5 star. We highly recommend. We will return for sure!
Amazing experience every time ! Been going there for years & the ribs are the best around!!! The sauce can't be beat! The salad dressing is to die for !!! Ryan & Lauren are always great hosts!! Highly recommend !
I visited with my family for a rare dinner out. We've eaten there before & already knew we would enjoy it. They didn't let us down. The friendly atmosphere & service with a smile. Their food was just as good as I remembered. Highly recommend this great local family restaurant.
On a mangé les ribs... Elles étaient excellentes & probablement les meilleures que j'ai mangé dans un resto. Le service était excellent. Les portions généreuses sans pour autant être énormes. Je recommande fortement
Amazing food, great prices, great service, & I can bring my doggo on the terrace! I went with the Rio Burger, & wow was it amazing with the beef patty & ribs/sauce on top!! The homemade fries & poutine sauce were top-notch as well. & the portions were very generous, something that's lacking at a lot of restos these days. Wait time for the food was very good as well. The service was great & the ambiance is very cozy. It's not in the downtown core of St-Sau, so it's a little quieter. I'd definitely recommend checking this place out if you're in the area!
Delicious food, fantastic service & charming ambience. This family owned restaurant is a must stop. We got the full rack of ribs, which we couldn't finish, & they made a perfect midnight snack (I'm eating them as I write this!). Ribs were classic bbq style, not too fatty but very juicy, on a bed of perfectly fried french fries (the classic poutine style fries that are a deep brown but soft & sweet) & a tangy coleslaw that balances out the flavours. 10/10 would recommend:)

Nous avons passé une excellente soirée au restaurant Le Rio à Saint-Sauveur. Le service était impeccable, le personnel très sympathique & attentionné. Nous avons dégusté des plats savoureux & généreux, la demi côte levée était fondante & le fish & chips croustillant. Le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable, nous recommandons vivement ce restaurant à tous ceux qui cherchent une cuisine maison & un cadre convivial.
Vraiment une belle ambiance, excellent service. Les frites sont vraiment bonne. Je vous recommande fortement.
