The cuisine at Le Nil Bleu is composed of lamb, chicken, beef, seafood and vegetarian dishes. Le Nil bleu also offers combo plates which allow diners to sample several offerings. J'ai partagé une assiette dégustation végane, accompagnée d'un cabernet sauvignon de l'Afrique du Sud. Tout était excellent, les plats mettaient en valeur les légumineuses, les légumes & les saveurs authentiques. Ce n'était pas une option « d'accomodation » comme certains restaurants peuvent avoir. Une expérience mémorable. ❤️

We have been enjoying Le Nil Bleu for many years. The food is so delicious & the restaurant is very thoughtfully managed. Having eaten at dozens of Ethiopian restaurants in North America, this is the best & well worth the trip!
