Le Lotus Bleu est salué pour ses nouilles faites à la main, ses bouillons riches et ses raviolis délicieux, les soupes de nouilles d'agneau et de boeuf étant souvent mises en avant comme des incontournables; les convives soulignent des saveurs authentiques du nord de la Chine, des portions généreuses et un service chaleureux et attentif, bien que l'ambiance puisse être serrée et le service parfois lent lors des heures d'affluence; certains commentaires mentionnent l'absence de toilettes sur place et l'accès aux toilettes dans le bâtiment adjacent, mais dans l'ensemble c'est un petit bijou qui vaut le coup d'y retourner pour les nouilles et l'atmosphère.
Amazing restaurant, the food is delicious & the staff are so friendly & caring. I definitely recommend. The dishes are affordable, we're talking about $12 up to ~15$ for a big bowl of noodles with vegetables & meat, & a broth full of flavors. Once, I went to eat with my family & the next time, I got some food to take out, I'll come back to for sure.

Beyond my expectation! We had the signature hand pulled lamb soup noodle, sliced braised beef, shredded salad, DongBei LiangPi (cold skin noodle). Everything was very authentic & flavorful. If you order non-spicy, you can add a bit of chili oil & vinegar to make the dishes even more delicious.
I loved the food! The broth was full of flavour, the noodles felt fresh & firm & the meat was melting in my mouth. I tried lamb noodle soup & my husband took braised beef. Both of us enjoyed our meal & were set to come back. Greatly recommend.
Absolutely love this place! The food is great, the staff is friendly, & you need to try the lamb soup with thick noodles, its the best! Strongly recommend if you are in the area
My new favourite place for soup noodles. Fantastic handmade noodles & also not too expensive. They have dumplings too. You'll for sure find something you'll like

This place is great. Dumplings, broth, everything was really tasty. I had the chicken, mushroom, tofu soup, so flavourful. My only small note would be that I like my noodles a little more firm (al dente), but other than that it was amazing!
Spacious Northern Chinese hand-pulled noodles restaurant. They have only 2 size of noodles. I tried their signature dish (the lamb noodle soup) with the #6 noodles & was quite disappointed. It lacked flavour & the noodles were thick & heavy. On the other hand, the spicy mushroom & chicken noodle soup was delicious & full of flavour. The #4 noodles were less thick & quite enjoyable. Very good service. You can get served in both French & English. I will definitely come back to try their other spicy soups.
It's almost the authentic Henan food, the noodle with stewed lamb & the dishes are tasty. I am from Henan, the way you stewed lamb is just like what I had when I was little in my hometown.

We recently dined at the Le Lotus Bleu restaurant that left us thoroughly impressed. The hand-made lamb noodles soup was a culinary delight, boasting rich flavors & tender chunks of lamb. The broth was aromatic & perfectly seasoned, creating a comforting & satisfying dining experience. The attention to detail in crafting the noodles showcased the chef's skill. The cozy ambiance added to the overall enjoyment, making it a must-visit for noodle enthusiasts seeking a delectable bowl of hand-made goodness.
Tried this place randomly & what a surprise! Hubby & enjoyed our bowl of noodle soup & the kids LOVED the fried chicken & dumpling. I think they're a must have if you're not planning on eating noodles 👌🏼The chicken was so crispy & the filling of their dumpling(beef) just burst with so much flavor. We'll come back again for sure ☺️ Oh & the ladies we're all so kind & respectful too! Edit: forgot to praise their home made chilly oil. I never foubd THE one that I love & this place was it. You could tell just by smelling it that you'll love it🫶🏼🩵
Comida deliciosa, tenía mucho antojo de comer ramen pero por la hora en que elegimos ir ya no había muchas opciones por el barrio chino. Así que decidimos entrar aquí y todo estaba delicioso. Los dumplings de beef & green onions muy buenos al igual que la spicy minced pork noodle. Nos encantó. Las porciones son grandes así que puedes compartir. Pedimos la sopa pequena y sin problema comen dos personas.
We had the roast chicken. The flavour was amazing however we were expecting a full chicken as the menu said & to take plenty home. It was however a large portion of chicken parts & therefore not as much meat in the “full” chicken as I would have expected. I managed to eat it all on my own along with a noodle dish & I’m a small person with not the biggest appetite . When it came some of the bits were cold & some were hot. Not good in a chicken dish! It was rectified. Pork noodles were really good.
Quick & friendly service. Clean & comfortable. Good variety of noodle dishes without being confusing. Noodles & dumplings are excellent. Noodles have that perfect chew of a good hand pulled noodle. Fried dumplings are delicious, thin tender shell with generous filling.
Absolutely underrated authentic Northern Chinese noodles, the stuffs absolutely worth the price. If you want to try authentic Chinese noodles & Chinese roasted chicken, this is definitely the place to go! Le Lotus Bleu needs more love!
