Afficher toutnoodle(182) soup(111) dumpling(68) chicken(44) authentic(33) lamb(33) nouille(32) beef(30) pulled(29) spicy(29) pork(28) recommend(27)The hand-pulled noodles are bouncy & DELISH! I wish that they had put a little less chili oil on my chicken & mushroom soup (i would recommend asking them to not put any & adding yourself the chili oil). The Henan style beef noodles were meh, would not reorder.
I went with my friends, so I forgot to take photos of the beef noodles & spring rolls, but both were delicious. The soup dumplings were a good temp & didnt burn my mouth when they arrived so I could eat faster. The flavor of the soup dumplings felt like it melted in my mouth! The fried chicken was the crispy chicken I've ever had, but is doesn't come with sauce & its not pieces but rather a piece of chicken cut into slices. If you are looking for korean friend chicken or a type of very moist chicken, then this is not it, but for just dark meat, fried chicken I like this place. The wonton soup was very good! The dumplings for the wonton soup was a good size & the wonton were thin & slippery, which I loved, but if you prefer thicker dumplings for your wontons then it is not for you. I also really liked the broth as it reminded me of a resturant I used to eat at in Virginia. Lastly, the atmosphere was very nice & quiet. Overall, I really liked this place & will definitely be coming back for the everything, but especially the wonton soup & dumplings!
Wow, I didn't expect the beef noodle soup to be this good! The hand-pulled noodles are definitely the best part-perfectly chewy & delicious. It's a must-try.
Truly an underrated noodle shop. Their beef & lamb soup noodles are very tasty. Broth is clean, portions are generous.
Their dumplings are also some of the best in Montreal.
This was our favorite restaurant of our 5 days spent in Montreal. We had the beef hand-pulled noodle soup, pork dumplings, & jasmine tea. Everything was delicious, highly recommended. Decor & ambiance were also good, & staff were helpful navigating the menu. Initially it was pretty quiet crowd-wise, but around 12:30 all the tables filled up.
Absolutely stunning & baller, had the fried pork & chive dumplings & spicy hand-pulled noodles with beef.
Stopped here for a late lunch & it was delicious. Because they make their own noodles we tried this & we were not disappointed. The beef noodle soup was delicious & highly recommend the dumplings. My only comment is the air circulation inside was poor so it was quite warm....but the food was worth the stop. & our 6 yr old loved the spicier noodles. Yummm.
Fantastic food, always on point
I warmly suggest, either the braised beef or lamb soup
The other options are great , but those are 10/10 !!
Also their daoko herbal roasted chicken
We ordered half rotisserie, small size of beef green onion dumplings n cucumber salad for two people. I enjoyed a lot. Rotisserie is a bit salty, but it's very authentic like what in my childhood memories. I think it will be perfect to eat with the traditional Henan soupe noodles.
Bowls are huge. I had the beef tongue & heart dish that is served cold. It was absolutely delicious. Didn't see many reviews for it & like to live on the edge of what most people consider normal. So glad I had this dish.
